    Yep and apparently he thrives on minimal rest and maximum problems. So in other words, it's as if he were made for the presidency. So very, very unlike -- say -- all image and no substance Barack Obama was for those dreary eight years.

    Democrats face tough 2020 battle after blowing chance at blue wave.....


    If there’s one thing that the left is consistently poor at, it’s managing expectations. Since President Trump inauguration, his opponents hung their fortunes on the idea of a massive blue wave to sweep away congressional Republicans in the midterms. Instead, we saw a modest Democratic gain in the House of Representatives and a strong Republican gain in the Senate. Democrats lost crucial races where they ran candidates too far left to carry moderate or conservative districts; it was moderate Democrats who had the best shots, while most of the hardcore leftists lost race after race Tuesday.

    Just about every pollster and op-ed predicted a massive sweep for blue candidates across the nation. In states where Democrats needed a commanding majority, they actually lost ground. Gains in some parts of the Rust Belt, like Pennsylvania, were matched by losses in Ohio and Indiana.

    Now that the thin blue “wave” is receding, the job for Democrats will only get harder.....snip~

    Biden's too old. We hardly need a repeat of Reagan's last year - and Trump is already loony.

    Time to put party politicks aside and starting picking candidates who are better for the country - not just "wins" for opposing teams. This tribal bullcrap has to stop, cause the only people "winning" are foreign powers.

    President Meltdown will be fortunate indeed to last that long, let alone win re-election. People are going to be even more tired of his constant retardation and embarassment to this great nation going forward. Trump is a failure and always has been, a delusional narcissistic fool who is in WAY over his head in this office. He has been accomplishing nothing and has been doing constant harm to the country. His economic miracle is a myth and a giant stock market bubble.

    Bavmorda won the popular vote. That is all that can be said in her favor. Obama was not a national embarassment, but he was very much hated by a bunch of racist white conservatives anyway. He was not a bad president, but neither was he one of the greats. Just mediocre, by and large. He had the basic competence to fill the role and managed it admirably, considering the great responsibility and challenges involved.
