    Your logic is weird

    It is not lack of sentence but lack of aurthority that determines when ending a life is legal or illegal

    A soldier can shoot an enemy in time of war because they are authorised to do so. A policeman can shoot someone threatening others because they are authorised to do so. A medical practitioner can act to withdraw life support or to terminate a pregnancy because they are authorised to do so

    Any idea why there are no ongoing campaigns in NSW for abortion rights?

    I know what would drive them to do such a thing, because they don't want the kid obviously! However, isn't there a much easier way to not have a kid?

    Not for millions of women across the world

    America is one of the few countries in the world moving to more repressive legislation in relation to abortion.

    On numerous occasions I have asked you to take a small amount of time to read about Bertram Warner if you had taken that small amount of time you would then know the answer

    It is often not the young unmarried girls either it is women with children afraid that the family income will NOT support one more mouth to feed.

    Your last line referred to "black market abortions".

    Can you explain why women wouldn't /shouldn't be charged for breaking the law?

    See, if they need "black market abortions" that indicates abortions are against the law.

    Therefore, those who have one should be arrested , charged, sentenced like other law breakers.

    Why don't you think women should be charged for breaking the law?

    I don't think that getting a black market abortion should be illegal.

    No. It indicates that abortions are not carried out within the health system.

    Women have no obligation to quit having sex, a quite natural and healthy human activity.

    Have you ever noticed the entire history of the world?

    Telling people to stop having sex just hasn't worked too well...

    That's why I'm not telling people to stop having sex! However, if black market abortions were the only option, women would have to weigh up the risks of getting pregnant and having a black market abortion.

    The point was that abortion laws are unenforceable. Maybe abortion laws will result in some poor people living in prison if they didn't die from the infection they were afraid to report.
