they are bogus studies, not real clinical studies with control groups, many anti-cannabis people out there with a bias to spin the data with bogus studies and of course dose matters with everything, too much sun is bad for ya, so studies can show sun exposure cause cancer if one wanted to be biased to ban beaches same type of people that support it being a scheduled one substance even though is has a medial purpose which means it can not be a scheduled 1 substance.... from what I have seen in real life in my lifetime, Alcohol is much much worse then Cannabis ever could be I think eventually it will be legal at the federal level, makes no sense for it not to be
You can't do an illegal substance like that. They observed changes in the brain and did statistical analysis. You are just in denial. Find me one study done by other than a cannabis group which says that mj is harmless to young people. There is ample data to show that it is not harmless.
exactly, no real clinical studies can be done - when it's legal at the federal level we can talk as then real clinical tests can be done just drug addicts that used to excess being tested after the fact, no telling what they did before, sniffing glue, whatever... these were not real tests almost anything used to excess is bad for you, even too much sun, too much water most people know from real world knowledge that cannabis is not as evil as some want to make it out to be
Show me one single study to the contrary or do you think the whole damn world is conspiring against you?
I have reality on my side, my own tests, all the friends I partied with when younger, myself, real life.... the longest test you can have just because it's illegal doesn't mean most Americans have not inhaled even if they lie and say they have not testing alcoholics and drug addicts that use to access for long periods of time is not a valid comparison to people that use in moderation
the longest person to have lived is still a smoker, if anti-smokers harassed her all her life for smoking... shame on them I have never been saved by a seat belt in all my years, that should be my choice to wear one or not - we do not need a nanny government deciding for us - just say no to big government running your life for you - I would decide based on driving conditions as I can best decide for myself, the government picks a one size fits all, what if I am driving by water, maybe seat belt could drown you.... should be your choice if seat belts so great, why do school buses not require kids where them?
You do not believe the statistics on smoking and seat belts? Oh my. You are in an extreme state of denial.
I believe both are greatly over-exaggerated, but that is not the point, I believe you should decide for yourself, I do not believe in a nanny government deciding for you, you you? example, I wear a helmet when riding a motorcycle most of the time, but I think it should be my choice, not forced on me by the government I think excessive sugar is bad for children, I do not think it should be outlawed
i think everyone should be able to choose for themselves on all of the above and we all just agree to disagree on the choices people make
I am not talking about choice. I am talking about the effects on people, especially young people, who use mj. However, I am smart enough to look at the statistics and make decision on my own that some things are bad for me. By the way, I am 81, still healthy and still going. I had four siblings who all smoked. They passed away at ages 67, 68, 72 and 72.
obviously... you choose for yourself... choosing to rape, assault or kill someone else should be a crime, no one has a right to force you to have sex or do other things with them or visa versa
I have seen no harmful effects of anyone using marijuana, I was young when I used it as were many many others like me as most Americans have used it and most while young adults... disproves that theory that is will destroy your mind the oldest smoker lived to 122 years... you have a way to go to catch up to her.. good luck to you Jeanne Calment https://allthatsinteresting.com/jeanne-calment
Your inability to accept statistics makes me doubt your statement. However, it is obvious I will never convince.you. Have a good life. I am wasting my time.
lol, you probably think statin's statistics too do you believe cholesterol is bad? statistics can be used to show many things, often to mislead people that foolishly believe too easily
as long as it's illegal we will never know as no one would admit it, I am sure it would be dose related though... same as smoking and drinking or anything else the body actually gets stronger with some things in lower doses in moderation, as a body in motion stays in motion just like heavily processed sugarcane is bad for you, heavily processed coco leaves are bad for you for with long term excessive use I wonder if a non-smoker will ever live to be 123, you know they would love to take that title from smokers, you know they hate that they can't claim it
did you know cocaine used to be sold in coca-cola (thus the name)... so many older Americans have tried it even if they do not acknowledge it
maybe if they were having uncontrollable brain seizures and it would save their lives otherwise that makes as much sense as getting a baby drunk or leaving them uncovered on a beach all day to see if the sun harms people
of course, would you deny them something that would save their life, thus killing them.... parents have had to move to Colorado to get the treatment they needed for their children with epilepsy cause their state prefers to force the parents to make their children suffer - when the government decides for you, common sense is sometimes thrown out the door
