I’m good friends with the guy in the first part of the video. Spent a lot of time with him watching the border between campo and jacumba. He isn’t a retired salesman, he is a retired commercial fisherman. And we don’t call him Robert, he has a monicker. The Arizona boys I don’t know personally.

I think we all knew this was coming...surprised it took this long. The part that gets me the most is their sense of entitlement. Enemy Identification problem there. The BATF did that under two presidents. One Red, one Blue. The ATF is an independent malfunction and has been from the day it was created. Under multiple presidents and both parties incredibly incompetent screw-ups, unwarranted prosecutions, way over the top excessive force, entrapment of innocent collectors, criminal wrong doing and bureaucratic coverups have been common fare. Remember that both Ruby Ridge and Waco begin as ATF screw-ups. The agency has more blood on its hands than any police agency in the country, including getting cops killed as well as innocent citizens.

Does not matter which party has power. The ATF always manages to do something stupid, then cover it up, protect itself, transfer those that done wrong and eventually promote them.

Yes. So long as it comes to actual defense, not "defense" against a fake invasion. Lawful gun owners are welcome to go and draw their arms in self defense, defense of their property, or to prevent a felony, but that's about it.

Anyway, on of the US governments first priority is to protect the country, especially the borders. If they fail it is my right and my duty to do so.

 

Yes, fake invasion. People moving here, even illegally, is not real military invasion. You have the right and duty to use your arms in self defense, in defense of your property, or to prevent the commission of a felony. That is your right. I have firearms myself in case I ever need to exercise such a right. Just don't shoot to prevent the commission of a misdemeanor, such as to stop someone from crossing the border illegally, otherwise other gun owners are in the right to draw arms on you to stop you from committing manslaughter.

When you carry a foreign flag and illegally cross our borders it certainly IS an invasion. It is more insidious than a military invasion. The military tend to leave when their work is done, not so with these hoardes, they intend to occupy us in perpetuity and import THEIR culture to REPLACE ours.

 

Crossing the border illegally is a misdemeanor, unless you have done so multiple times. This should go without saying, but you can't legally use lethal force to prevent a misdemeanor.

 

The first time. A felony after the first deportation. You can bet many of them have seen a deportation vehicle before.
