Cliven Bundy was on BLM land which is the open range, the peoples land that only the Department of Interior manages.

Most Americans who live east of what is the "West" are unfamiliar what BLM land is.

Basically if you want to hunt, fish or camp out on BLM land you can do it and don't need any permission or permits, etc to do so.

If you are a cattle rancher you can allow your cows to roam on the open range.

You can not become a squatter on BLM land, you are limited to 30 days of occupying BLM land and then have to move on.

Cliven Bundy was right and was found not guilty in a federal court and it was a land grab by the Obama administration to take away the peoples land and turn it into a "national monument" which means, regulations, restrictions, laws, fences, locked gates and limited access by the public.

Forty years ago the entire Mojave Desert in California except for Death Valley was BLM land. Not any more, Democrats took the Mohave Desert away from the people.

Back in 1978 there were 38 cattle ranchers on the Mohave Desert in California. Today there are only 3 or 4 who remain.

It actually makes more sense to me than your reaction to it. First off, it's just basic respect to hear a man out who has a problem with you, as well as to explain yourself and address the others problem. Second, the man cursed and ranted and raved a blue streak. Then he threw a drink in the delivery mans face. Cursed him more. And then tried to punch the delivery man in the face. That's when the delivery man struck back once in the mans face, and he fell. According to the ME, the punch did not kill him. He died from his own poor health. I'm guessing his heart....probably from living in a constant state of rage, and possibly alcoholism. The authorities ruled it self defense. Six different eye witnesses upheld and corroborated the ruling.

The DP and its satellites, like the KKK have been prime movers in disarming black Americans. Republican pols, for the most part are just short sighted, foolish and uninformed. Republicans are generally indifferent to the destruction of the black American community, culture and family.
Real institutional racism has always been, and remains the hallmark of the DP.

 

Self defense is a fundamental human right. There was no "death sentence" only a court of law can impose that punishment.
The right to self defense is not a right to punish.

The exact same reason that by far white people almost always get killed by white people. More than half of the people killed, are killed by their own friends or family members. Says a lot how segregated the US is and it shows that different ethnicity don't mix. That great melting pot is a myth. Hence Travor notes that a white dude blowing the brains out of a bunch of praying Jews, and shoots down some cops as well, lives to tell the tale. And a black security guard gets killed by cops when doing it's job. Fact is still, white people kill more than black people. Race plays a massive roll.

Just as a benchmark reminder: Blacks are not at the bottom of the statistical pile, with whites at the very top, as so many seem to assume. Per Capita, Native Americans are actually at the bottom as far as being killed and incarcerated by LEO's. Black Americans come after that. Next come Hispanic Americans. Then whites Americans. Then Asian Americans at the top or the least represented per capita, incarcerated and killed by LEO's. So generally speaking, it's Asians(top), Whites, Browns, Blacks, then Natives(bottom).

 

I don't think that was the case.

Keep in mind, there are 5 times as many whites than blacks.
So for an even number, the whites should be 5 times as much.

 

Guess if they can't be trusted to obtain voter I.D. the government shouldn't trust them to have guns, or that's the way they think anyway.
