Its also possible that he needs a friggin therapist. Frankly the fact he spouts such inarticulate bullshit just points towards that argument being true.

    Good to know

Now Drumpf can reduce his carbon footprint by swimming across that tiny Atlantic the next time he has to go to Europe...

I believe in economics, nations security, foreign policy, and trade. I also believe in prioritizing the welfare of US citizens first. The left does not believe in those things. But possibly you are different and do prioritize the welfare of US citizens first ??

That’s TDS in action. All the left knows is calling those who disagree with them racists. Nice job.

    :roflol:

A post with nothing more to offer than a clearly off-topic reference to "TDS" is your idea of a meaningful contribution that furthers the discussion?

    Lame.:bored:

    Anyway, back on topic:

Trump is clearly CLUELESS when he speaks about the size of the ocean.

Just as he is clearly clueless about everything else.

It is a direct quote. The primary source is the President himself.

And that context was provided. This rambling was Trump's "answer" to a question about climate change. It is what we have come to expect from a President who has difficulty composing complete sentences or the expressing complete thoughts.

A text without context is a pretext for coming up with the meaning we want.

His complete thoughts have resulted in an economy which is producing real productivity growth at 3X that of the silver tongued orator Barack Obama. His correct action to combat any local negative effects of global warming (which is net positive) is to maximize economic growth to increase adaptability. Those are very complete and complex thoughts which escape the illiberal regressives.

$1.949 at the pump today. Thank you Donald J. Trump for not permitting a minor incident to screw this good thing up.

Meanwhile the morons in California voted to keep the 10 cents per gallon tax on gasoline so they can fix the roads because the California public employee retirement benefits are sucking the state’s budget dry.

Well, afaik it's a case of direct democracy and everybody potentially had a say in it, and not a decree of the Ayatollah of the California Assembly. So they are getting what they want.

It's incredible that the voters in a state with the highest poverty rate in the US would vote for such a regressive measure. The people of CA for some reason have lost their collective minds.

Actually Mississippi has the highest level, with California around 30th or so.

Unlike Trump fans, I've actually looked at the economy over time and I can actually draw a trend line. Spoiler alert: GDP, all major indices of the stock market, and employment have been on the same upward trend since 2009. Trump has stated that we would be billions of dollars richer if we cut off all trade, which is likely the most economically ignorant (and perhaps even the most anti-capitalist) statement made by a modern sitting President. That is, I will grant you however, a rare instance of a complete thought. It is as dumb as a box of hair, but it is at least complete.

One more time then AJ: If Trump is wrong that the ocean is smaller in size than the atmosphere, please prove him wrong. It should be so easy for you to do so.

Unless of course you can't - in which case, well - !
