But do you think a president or just this president should be immune to prosecution?

You do love to shovel it.

Apparently facts aren't your strong point but partisan bullshit sure seems to be.

Did you not read? I do believe that clearly, I said no. I was asking the philosophical question about why Democrats continue with the theory that they are somehow, above the law. Do at least try to pay attention to the detail.

So far because meuller ain't talking. AS for illegality, I agree that has yet to be definitively determined. On the other hand, considering his constant lying, his repeated denials about any involvement with russians during the campaign (and after) and the nefarious antics of all those "best people" he surrounded himself with, at a minimum it sure as hell generates a lot of suspicions. And those suspicions are exactly what meuller is investigating.

I do assume the worse from trump, based on observing him over the past few years. His character, his ethics, his morality, his self interest, his constant self aggrandizement, his hyper sensitivity to criticism, his autocratic attitude, his mendacity, his rage tweets, not to mention his constant spewing of absolute bullshit, leads me to that assumption.

IIRC, you seem to think Hillary is guilty of criminality, despite the outcome of more than a dozen investigations. Perhaps you recall "Lock her up" without a trial? Did you call for impeaching obama as well? seems there's a lot of people doing wrong in your "just society".

You mean like the actual copies of the payment transactions, the email, the phone conversations, etc...... That's really a lot of shyte to shovel, but one hopes that someone will be up to the prosecution there. And how is this partisan? We have an actual bonafide example of actual treason. We know it was perpetrated by the Obama administration in an effort to interfere with a US election. That isn't partisan to recognize this. Do you really think Obama is above the law because you support him as a democrat? Is that why you feel pointing it out is BS? Seems to be so...

Trump is not above the law and no, he can not pardon himself, even Nixon had to have his VP pardon him after he resigned

Um when have I said these things? The investigation of CLinton showed she did use an off sight server, she did receive and send confidential information, and she did destroy the devices and delete emails prior to the government being able to verify that information. All these things are facts in the report. Now I think she got off easy but I do not think she should be locked up. I would have liked a trial since I feel some one who was not Clinton would have been brought up on charges.

Obama was not that great of a President. But I have not seen anything nefarious from him or his wife. I never agreed with his politics but he did his job if poorly.

looks like Ivanka also used a off site server, one that may be administered by Outsourced foreign employees, we have yet to see if any of the emails can be classified as confidential yet

the previous Republican admin also used personal email

There is no evidence that Ivanka intentionally tried delete tens of thousands of emails to hide classified information detailed on a private server. No investigator or congressman on either side of the spectrum is even remotely accusing her of that.

Stop making hilariously insane comparisons. Hillary tried to cover up tens of thousands of classified, proprietary emails she was caught with. She even had devices smashed with hammers (and her employees admitted this).

If Ivanka is stupid for what she did, then Hillary is the most retarded person on planet earth.

The Trump haters have called publicly for his murder - they want to "Hang the fam’ly GOOD AND HIGH".

“Trump Trump Trump Bob Mueller’s marching, Trump Trump Trump And here is why Trump Trump Trump He’s gonna hang you Hang the fam’ly GOOD AND HIGH!” she wrote on Twitter — in what was perhaps the strangest pro-Mueller tweet from a celebrity."

Pence also used personal email - lol

"Mike Pence Used AOL Email For Official Business And Then It Got Hacked"

    https://www.forbes.com/sites/thomasbrewster/2017/03/03/lol-at-aol-mike-pence-hacked/

so many in government are not tech savvy at all

we do not know how many emails Ivanka deleted from her device, time will tell

we do not know how much of it was classified either, hopefully she doesn't hand it all over and it can be proved by finding emails others had been cc'd on that she did not turn over, that way the house can subpoena the ISP of her email and get all her personal emails, just like then they confiscated Hillary's email server

you do not destroy your old hard drives data? most people do as may be old passwords, accounts, emails, ect on there - would be irresponsible of her to not to destroy that data, lest it end up on ebay someday

    "
Resold hard drives on eBay, Craigslist are often still ripe with leftover data
Users are failing to properly delete the data on their recycled hard drives

The NSA/FBI/WYYZ have known everything there is to know about Trump from the day he declared his candidacy. The "investigation" is a rather obvious sham.

Your article doesn't say that Pence tried to delete tens of thousands of emails in attempt to hide them from Federal Investigators like Hillary Clinton did.

Your article also doesn't say that Pence and his employees smashed devices in attempt to hide the evidence.

Can you please quote where you are claiming he did so?

Or are you saying he's not as stupid as Hillary?

Hah, using your exact logic, Pence is far more qualified to be the Commander in Chief than the woman, Hillary, that you voted for.

Can you provide evidence of him deleting tens of thousands of emails when asked by Congress to turn those emails over? Can you also cite when he smashed electronic devices with his employees in attempt to continue to hide more information?

Please cite the link. Your last link never mentioned any of that.
