Some of the fencing we have is inadequate and should be replaced with better fencing. Also, much of the Texan border isn't fenced and that is something we can start fixing. But Republicans need to trade something like a DREAMERs act with democrats.

And democrats are in the wrong for turning him down. Trump is also in the wrong for shutting down the government for wall funding. Republicans were wrong with not considering that immigration bill under Obama. Both sides have a real problem with partisanship right now.

 

Walls work around homes, neighborhoods, prisons and countries. Israel cut intrusion of terrorist by nearly 100%.

I've come across many people, even people I disagree with completely that aren't programmed bots. I come across people that I agree with that are.

And a robust thick heavy fence in my estimation is synonymous with a wall or a physical barrier.

Two neighbors in remarks to The Washington Post disputed Trump's characterization.

"There's a fence that goes along the front of the house, but it's the same as the other neighbors have. It's tastefully done," one neighbor, who was kept anonymous, told the newspaper.

Another neighbor also told the Post that the home is completely visible from the street.

"There is no 10-foot wall in the front, back or sides of the house - and no wall is going up," the neighbor said.
