    easiest way to get to capitalism is to switch from our multi payer, single payer system to a single payer system( Medicare for all) and then easily to capitalism with publishing prices and rising copays. Got it now

    Do you know what the wait times are like in Canada?

    Did you know that half of Canadians would like to have private health insurance (I'm guessing the people who actually use the Canadian system in any amount).

    Did you know that Canadian healthcare costs have increased 220% since 1975?

    Did you know it doesn't cover prescription drugs?

    You want to rapidly switch from "capitalist" health care to "socialist" health care back to "capitalist" health care to fix the health care problems.

    You have yet to demonstrate that you know what qualifies as a live birth in a country's vital statistics reporting. It's not really hard, but above your pay grade obviously.
