I want to create a large private city in middle america that can outright ban guns.

Its not my fault US police are the lowest caliber in the world, its not my fault they shoot when they see a gun. Its not my fault that people love to brandish their weapon as a show of pride. Its not my fault that gun owners have no respect for people or places that wish for them to not arm themselves on their property. I will never own a gun, so this law would never affect me, I would be in tears from fear if I had to tell the police I was carrying. So thus I want to put it into law.

All that needs to happen is gun owners need to respect the fact that some people and places don't allow guns, and police need to be better trained

You cannot pass any laws that are in direct violation of civil rights or the Constitution.

It has nothing to do with the Cities funding from the Federal Government.

Example, you buy a Ghost Town somewhere for a paltry sum.
You accept no funds from the Federal Government.

You cannot reinstate or practice Slavery.
You cannot practice segregation.
You cannot prohibit free speech.

Good news, the House of Reps is reviving a bill that would require gun owners to ensure their firearms just like car owners have to ensure each car.

Hopefully failure to comply is a felony so they can send in swat, to disarm people who refuse, and hopefully they can get this passed January of 2021 when the dems take back the senate and white house
