No. That is REPORTED abortions. Wealthy women don't go to clinics that report to the government. Poor women do. Wealthy women take "vacations" to European clinics, or use private doctors.

 

They would likely at most let the States decide on the issue with some Federal limit due to treaties we ratified which would ban killing viable babies in the third trimester and well treaties have the same weight as the US Constitution itself so these must be considered. However they would most likely cut and chop off applications of abortion they find acceptable. An outright ban would be unlikely unless extreme cases like this one you mention.

 

I have no reason to believe they aren't all reported, convince me otherwise. Those were CDC statistics, unless you have something that directly refutes them all you have is you self-serving speculation and supposition which refutes nothing.

First it's hard to get pregnant anyway and BC is EXTREMELY effective and yes people have a responsibility if they are going to engage in an activity that has the possibility of creating a new human life, a life they would rather kill that allow to live, to take proper and effective measures to prevent that life from being created. Why is an orgasam more important to you than a human life?
