Why should I need to complain to Scotus over Trump people being thrown in prison without court hearings after traveling to unfriendly foreign nations one of whom had launch an attack on our elections and while visiting those nations they had work against our interests?
Sorry you can not stop a born Citizen of the US from return home as I am sure the courts will explain that fact to Trump an his merry men. Now the government will be free to bring any charges they care to for aiding terrorists if they wish to again the woman once she is back.
I voted yes. There is nothing that is more anti-terrorist than to have real people who have experienced them tell the truth about them. If Hoda is allowed back, she will be the best PR we could have against ISIS.
Or she will join a mosque where she will be treated as a queen. The best anti-terrorist message we can do, is to make the religion public.
They are losing, and she is in the losing team. She may get killed for her association with ISIS. Now she is switching sides, something common with Muslims.
Nope Nope. She said it right there. Actions like hers have consequences. You F'd up your life and that spawn of Satan kid of yours. Enjoy hell bitch.
The ISIS brides want to come back because they lost, not because they had a change of heart. All that does is put ISIS recruiters on US soil.
The first TV footage I saw of her is that she did have a change of heart. I thought that she could be a great propaganda tool against ISIS. https://www.theguardian.com/world/2...ly-regrets-joining-isis-and-wants-return-home
Well that's what a terrorist who wanted to get in would say. Why all of a sudden do we have multiple ISIS brides wanting to return? It's because they're being destroyed.
How could she be born in New Jersey and not a citizen? https://www.washingtonpost.com/poli...481bf264fdc_story.html?utm_term=.6b3e004b7adb ". . . . In Muthana’s case, both sides are at odds over whether the woman, who was born in Hackensack, N.J., was ever a U.S. citizen in the first place. . . . " Moi
This Did she renounce her citizenship? If not I don't think Trump or anyone can just revoke it. It's not like a driver's license. They can put you in jail or even execute you but they can't just kick you out of the country. That's a new punishment entirely and you have all kinds of concerns about due process and unconstitutional penalties which have to be addressed. If, however, she renounced her citizenship well, **** her. I CANNOT for the pure life of me even begin to understand why anyone, right mind or not, would do what she did.
Hoda will become a target of ISIS for reverting to infidel status or we can convict her of treason. Either way her life is over.
Really, she was born some decades ago. If the afterbirth went ploop on the floor in New Jersey, how can she not be native born. Eligible to be President when old enough. If it was visa dependent, what about all that " birthing tourism" . Decades ago. Moi
Um, every new generation has been a rise in progressive liberalism. Starting with freeing of slaves, to women's suffrage, up to today with LBGTQ people. Most all of the progressive movements have been good for more and more people being free to be humans. You may see that as bad, but I see that as good progress. As for the woman in the OP, she has her new home that she chose.
No. She is not a US Citizen. At the time she was born, her father was still an accredited Yemeni diplomat.
