At this point Jordan should ask Cohen how many girlfriends he has.

Trump lent a condo for free to a member of the Russian mafia.

He was his neighbour on the same floor as him.....

The only way you can make that argument is if you can establish that the money was spent without the intent of helping the campaign.

How many of those instances took place one month before a President election?

To quote Rep. Jordan: "That’s the point, isn't it?" The reason people on here and elsewhere defend Trump. Who cares about what he does or says as long as he makes Democrats and the Media "look like fools" that is all that is important.

    What a total failure!

Rep. Massie corrects the record and notes that Assange's announcement of impending emails on Hillary was public as early as June 2016, so the Trump/Stone discussion of emails sometime in late July 2016 reflected no privileged or "advanced" knowledge.

Cohen now admitting that Trump never coached his testimony to Congress or ordered him to say or not say anything.

WTF are the Democrats trying to do? They are ensuring Trump 4 more years.

    https://lawandcrime.com/opinion/in-...-cohen-may-have-inadvertently-exonerated-him/

Later on in the prepared statement, Cohen says of Trump, “He never expected to win the primary. He never expected to win the general election. The campaign – for him – was always a marketing opportunity.”

This, of course, raises the question: why would the Trump campaign actively work with Russia to for an election that Trump wasn’t planning on winning in the first place?

I'm not surprised you don't see the relevance.

How often do people plead guilty to felony violations of finance campaign law?

The argument is that Cohen's use of HIS funds to secure an NDA for candidate Trump was an undisclosed, excessive contribution. Trump is not culpable in that FEC violation.

I don't have to argue it.

If Congress has a taxpayer funded NDA account to pay off sexual harassment claims, then we don't need to concern ourselves with the argument in the first place.

As you guys are fond of saying, there was nothing to the question or answer... I'm not surprised you are trying to see some relevance to it..

As Cohen clearly explained, there was no way he could come into the WH with his personal background with Trump.

This keeps getting worse and worse for Cohen and the Democrats. I expected a wreck from today's "hearing", but not a total 55 car pile up!

Rep. Meadows has entered referral for criminal investigation of Cohen for violating Foreign Agents Registration Act for lobbying on behalf of Kazakhstan and other foreign intents without registering as required under the federal law.

    Cohen is a total clusterf*ck.

You lost this one a long time ago.

That's why even Schiff stopped pursuing it.

Except that Cohen made that violation "with the knowledge and at the direction of Trump."

Hes already done that. He also lies to his wife about who hes ****ing. What credibility does he have now?

Many of the things hes testifying on are personal knowledge only and cant be gainsayed. What risk does he run?

He was pleading guilty to a charge HE made an illegal campaign contribution not Trump. And he shouldn't have but I guess it was the lessor of his two evils since he testified to Congress Trump had not supplied the money.

Has the FEC fined the campaign? Why does Congress care about Trump's private sex life before he even became President?

And paid him from his personal for it. Lawyers advance funds for clients all the time. Trump the person was the client on that invoice not trump the campaign.
