    Rosenstein's appointment of Mueller was not supported by Statute, BUT, there is no basis in statute to challenge his actions, that is, no remedy available, as I already explained to you.

    Your reading comprehension sucks. Rosenstein TO THIS DAY, has never named a crime that he supposedly had probable cause to believe Trump committed, as required by Statute. So, he got around that statutory requirement by assigning Dirty Bob to conduct a counterintelligence investigation rather than a criminal investigation, which the Statute does not authorize, and Dirty Bob knew it when he accepted the position.

    Rosenstein also knew that the regulations expressly create no enforceable rights against the Justice Department — i.e., no one, not even a federal court, can compel DOJ to follow the rules.

    Is this finally sinking in a little?

    No, but I see how you can leap to such a stupid conclusion.

    If you don't think that the President of the United States is not under more detailed and intense scrutiny than a private citizen, then it seems your lack of understanding of how your system works seems to be severely lacking..
