Not sure what your problem is DT but that Barr states there were "Now violations" does not change the fact that the special council - be it Mueller in this investigation or Starr in Whitewater is given special powers - power that enable them to "legally" violate civil liberties. So if it is legal - of course there are no violations - same as during martial law. You are so out to lunch in partisan blindness that you have forgotten how to think.
Frex, the whole thing about ¨caravans¨ is totally bollocks and has been debunked several times but Fox, Breitbart etal just keep pushing it anyway. Anyplace with more than a few hundred people going to it is going to have them bunch up at natural chokepoints, like bridges or narrow roads, and people traveling in dangerous areas do tend to start traveling in groups. There are no more or less people than there were but a lot more reporters with drones than there used to be.
Trump was pissed at Comey over how he handled hillary and was planning to fire Comey immediately upon taking office. His delay is used against him by Democrats.
Thank you for proving my point that you actually do believe that load of bovine excrement that you are utterly incapable of substantiating because it has no connection with reality.
What do you think Comey's story is? First, he kills Hillary's run for President. Then, he kickstarts the attempt to overthrow Trump. What's his game?
He could not and did not and it does not matter. Mueller could submit videotape of Trump, Putin and Ivanka in an orgy where all the Election Judges in the US were shown blackmail photos of their children and the Trumptards would go on about how Trump is bringing families together. I don´t need a report to know that Trump is a lying traitor. I have these advanced detection devices called eyes and ears and they told me Trump was a lying Nazi in 2015
Who can tell how the Lizard Men of the Deep State think? They get a mouse caught going down and we withdraw from Syria.
Did he see how the wind blew, and saw himself as a Kingmaker? Was he upset for not being rewarded? They're only my guesses.
Or maybe he was honestly doing his job, as he explained. He had investigated Hillary and concluded there was not enough evidence to make a good case against her. But then he got ahold of Weinerś laptop and had to investigate that too. In keeping with protocol he had to tell Congress he was reopening the investigation. You people are so used to Republican corruption that an honest man just baffles you completely
Your eyes and ears tell me you've got an objectivity problem if they detected Trump was a "lying Nazi".
Pretty much sums up my view too: https://www.zerohedge.com/news/2019...DsxA-PccH-iy_iYNbD0gFbEhLSZWwuulFZBuukd_lTuzc
Many criminals have been caught, period. That is a big matter. Trump has not been indicted because he can't while in office. This is no victory for a President who surrounds himself with criminals. The AG says Mueller did his job within the law. Sessions did the right thing in recusing himself and Rosenstein et al acted honorably and legally thereafter.
I think he understands much better now why he should not have been talking about Hillary. I think he had a genuine concern over Trump campaign contacts with Russia. I mean really everybody but the janitor was playing footsie with the Russians or someone tied to them.
Well yeah. That and his public statements. He [Rosenstein] made a recommendation, he’s highly respected, very good guy, very smart guy. The Democrats like him, the Republicans like him. He made a recommendation. But regardless of [the] recommendation, I was going to fire Comey. Knowing there was no good time to do it! And in fact when I decided to just do it I said to myself, I said, “You know, this Russia thing with Trump and Russia is a made-up story, it’s an excuse by the Democrats for having lost an election that they should’ve won.”
If Mueller didn't indict Trump just because it was made clear to him this is not allowed while Trump is in office, then Mueller must have included evidence of prosecutable criminal activity by Trump in his report. If it is true that a president cannot be indicted while in office, and Mueller's report includes evidence of prosecutable criminal activity by Trump, then Mueller's report must be delivered to Congress and used to impeach Trump. Do you think Mueller didn't indict Trump because he was not allowed to, or because he lacked sufficient evidence?
I think Mueller did not indict Trump because it is/was not Mueller investigating Trump's porn payoffs. It is SDNY investigating those. And yes, I think they have not indicted him because he is President. It's a policy they have. Edit: That's why it will be interesting to see if Pecker and Weisselberg testify in front of Congress. Do you think their immunity agreements apply there as well?
This is the huge story and if you stop to think, you will agree. When Comey, apparently damaged Hillary, by his announcement she was dangerously handling classified papers, that is what hurt her. The efforts done on Facebook by the Russians is not what killed her, it was Comey and his big mouth. Trump sees it and presumes Comey could pull the same stunt on him as on Hillary. He says to Comey will you be loyal and Comey acts miffed. Trump rightfully fires him. Democrats started out pissed at Comey then arrived to defend him. Made no sense to me.
Trump should have stuck to that story. It would have saved him a lot of trouble. But he just had to throw in "that Russia thing."
What are you talking about ? What "bovine excrement" ? Are you completely incapable of saying something coherent ? How is believing that the Special Prosecutor has "special powers" including the legal ability to violate civil liberties - powers not normally granted - "bovine excrement". This the special prosecutor is given these powers is a fact- a fact that is reflected in some of the quotes you gave.
And that Russia thing is what Mueller took on and exonerated Trump and his family of all Democrats charges. Democrats wanted Mueller at the least to jail the Trump family. No wonder Trump rightfully called it a witch hunt as to pertaining to him and his family. I admire Trump for defending his own family.
