Why must you lie and say I defended pedophelia? I am saying this is not actually that crime. I am not clear it is rape. I am not up to date on Argentina's laws. Why didn't you educate us all on their laws and not your laws? ..and he's wrong about a lot of other things. Pedophilia is NOT "sex with children not able to get pregnant" . What an appalling thing to say. That's like saying "sex with a three year old" is not pedophilia (because they can't get pregnant) . Pedophilia is sex with children. And he "isn't clear" if having sex with an 11 year old is rape?????? That's scary....
Well that would be because a 16 month old baby inside an 11 year old would be extremely noticeable. Unless, of course, they're grossly fat.
It was offensive because you referred to the victim as a "fatty" , demeaning her and insinuating she was lucky that anyone would have sex with her.. AND whether anyone noticed she was pregnant had NOTHING to do with what happened to her...NOTHING whatsoever...

What are "they" trying to turn into something else? Is that like trying to turn a thread on giving a woman a pill into one on rape? What "narrative" are you referring to? Can't state what it is? Why not??
No, but that doesn't mean it's not a baby. If you look at that article in the link on the first page, you'll see a story that claims that a baby born at 19 weeks did survive. It might actually have been closer to 20 weeks. Only 3 or 4 of these cases have ever been documented, it is extremely rare. 21 weeks and below is considered beyond extremely premature. Even with the best medical treatment available, these babies only have a tiny percentage chance of survival. Certainly a miracle if they manage to survive.
It is pretty rare for an 11 year old girl to get pregnant. Most girls at that age are not quite yet capable of getting pregnant. This did take place in Argentina, and I did read a study showing that girls of Hispanic origin tend to sexually mature about one or two years earlier than girls of ethnic European origin. The world record for youngest pregancy is age 5 in Peru. (The girl had a hormone imbalance and looked a few years older than her actual age)
What if in the extremely unlikely event it survives coming out at that age? Is it still a fetus sitting in the incubator in the neonatal intensive care unit? There are plenty of pictures online where you can see new parents holding their "fetus" (alive) in their hands. (not quite at 19 weeks but 21 or 22 weeks)
For the four thousandth time....it is a fetus until it is born and when it's BORN it's a baby. YOU don't get to decide/medical/science terminology...it's been established long before you existed. DUH, if it's in an incubator in intensive care then , gee, I guess it's been BORN....or didn't you think so??? If you insist on calling things by the wrong term then why don't you call it a teenager? Or an adult? Or an ice cream cone? Whether someone can hold a fetus in their hands has nothing to do with anything.
