Comey also helped Hillary run in the first place. He could have easily killed any Presidential run with the recommended charge of "Gross negligence", which he does say existed. To then say there was no "criminal intent"....which is not a condition of "Gross Negligence" in regards to intelligence data....and to follow it up with "no attorney would prosecute this case", which is not his decision, exonerated Hillary just as much as the Mueller report (summary) exonerated Trump.

Trump's been stopping all over Vlad while Barrack was singing his praises and Hillary was giving him a reset button and selling him US uranium. These facts seem to go unnoticed by the leftist part of the country.

Clinton was not guilty of any crimes, Comey tried to hurt her, and it worked

the Trump kids are using personal email in this Administrations as well.... it's not a crime.... not smart, but not a crime at least not yet, Congress could change that

you can thank the republican Darrell Issa for allowing personal email use to this day

    http://thedailybanter.com/2015/03/f...egulation-hillary-clinton-allegedly-violated/

    1) Did Clinton break any laws by using a private email account, exclusively or otherwise?

No. And we’ve known about her private email for a couple of years now after it was originally reported by Gawker. So, old news. Also, guess which lawmaker made sure personal email usage was permitted in the amendments to the Federal Records Act last year? Rep. Darrell Issa (R-CA).

You are gonna have to search high and low to find a post with me (or likely anybody) calling Putin stupid... He knew exactly what he was doing and saying in Helsinki (making a grand total of one)....

Yes and it was shameful. In part, because Trump didn't hold Putin's feet to the fire as an equal. It's all good and well to say "Well, he says he didn't", but he has to back that up with: "My intelligence people say he did, so if he says he didn't then he should provide proof of that."

I guess you will need to define what "interference" Trump ran.

It was a good conspiracy as far as conspiracy goes.....and Trump has shown quite often that he tends to be a bit of a conspiracy theorist. However, that still proves nothing.

Trump is bending over backwards for Russia, defending them... you tell me why? I think many Americans are asking themselves that same question....

If you play the older Rolling Stones albums backwards, they provide the evidence needed to prove Trump/Russia collusion.

Everyone who fabricated and fell for that collusion BS in order to undermine and delegitimize our democracy couldn't have been a more useful idiot for Putin. Vlad the Invader has been tying to throw shade on our democracy and democracy itself for years and Lefties eagerly played right into his hands.

I hate to say it, but you guys aren't looking real smart right now. I don't particularly enjoy seeing my fellow Americans get played by that piece of Russian sh*t...

He didn't hurt her much when her spouse was given an all expense paid trip to Moscow plus a speaking fee of $500,000. Nor did it hurt that he gave $145 million to her money laundering operation.

How else did he 'hurt' her?

the Trump tower meeting, the admission to firing comey over Russia, Trump's weird actions towards Putin, this investigation was justified regardless what it shows

America has a right to the truth, release the report

trying to conceal the report just makes Trump look guilty, release it and let the public see for themselves

smart people want to see the report, dumb people just want to take this administrations word for it

"I don't particularly enjoy seeing my fellow Americans get played by that piece of Russian sh*t..."

no one likes the fact that Putin helped Trump get elected

Because it likely contains classified material and most certainly grand jury transcripts which are protected. He said he'll be as transparent as possible, and will be, but he won't release the entire report for those reasons. The reality is, you all have decided months ago that you won't accpet the findings

The use of private email accounts was not the issue. It is also something I care very little about. The Classified Material that was sent over unsecured channels by Hillary is very serious. I have had a security clearance for most of my life and having no action taken over that breach of security is very rare.

Here is what Comey said in his report:

So, YES....there was evidence of potential violations.

then lets start an investigation into the Trump children's personal email use and see if any of their emails can be reclassified as confidential after the fact

it's funny that it's now coming out that Trump did not have the balls to fire his children and tried to make them quit, course maybe the children "know" things about daddy

Blame poor media reporting. It should have probably said BREAKING: Bill Barr to release HIS report in 30 min.

None of Hillary's Classified documents in question were classified "after the fact". Comey said in the hearing that these documents were marked with the © that indicated they were classified.....to which Hillary stated "so that is what that symbol means" (paraphrased). I find it hard to believe a former Senator and SoS did not know what that symbol meant. In fact, I would say it would be impossible for any competent person in those positions.

However, I am all for checking the Trump children's email to insure whether Classified documents (those already marked with the symbol) were passed. I would support it 100%.

Trump lied about the Trump tower meeting, sorry, Trump was not telling the truth all along

Trump lies so much, anything he says has to be verified

a man is only as good as his word and Trump's word is worthless

the Hillary investigation began because she was using personal email, time to start an investigation into the Trump children using personal email

That is not true. The investigation began after the State Dept IG and the Intelligence Community (IC) discovered 4 emails out of a random sampling of 40 emails. This happened around late June, 2015. At this point, any investigation was done as fairly routine checks expected by the IC and the IQ. the formal investigations started shortly after in July, 2015 and this investigation was based on the IGs and ICs findings.

But again, I am all for checking to see if the Trump children passed on classified material over unsecured systems.....and I would also support this for ALL Government employees (including Congress members) that use personal unsecured systems and have access to Classified material.
