funny, I thought Trump Supporters were against the electoral college just a few short years back 1 vote should equal 1 vote can you imagine the outrage if Obama lost the popular vote but still won... I can
The movement to tear down statues of White men has nothing to do with Confederate Generals........they were just the lowest hanging fruit for the liberal left to continue its attack on White Western Civilization. As President Trump said ‘who’s next Washington, Jefferson’? In Texas there are calls to tear down Sam Houston statues. In the UK colleges are removing busts of the very founders of the colleges and replacing them with insignificant images of ‘people of color’. It won’t end until they are all gone........part of the liberal left’s ‘White genocide’.........
liberals agree to moving them to museums, why not do that then to protect them? cause you know as well as I the white nationalist want them where they are to honor them...
Thanks? ... I think. I appreciate the wry sarcasm, but I'm wondering if you aren't teeing me up for a dose too.
I forgot about the Vietnam Memorial. But the Vietnam soldiers don't have statues in small towns like the soldiers of every other war.
The statue of Robert E. Lee in New Orleans was take down about three years ago with that promise. Could you please tell me what museum I should go to in order to view this statue?
Well, I have no objection to relocation. But locals do. Some instances binding promises for permanent display apply. Some instances costs of relocation become problematic. I think maybe the opposition should look at them as teaching tools. War memorials like Auschwitz are.
I can't believe it took 180 posts for someone to get to this ---- to understand that the destruction of Confederate statues has more to do with erasing white men from history, than it does with erasing the "losing side" from the Civil War ---- but then, as this thread has shown, a shameful number of people don't even have the slightest clue about the Civil War except for a bit of liberal brainwashing "slave owners BAAAD!" But then, with a screenname like "Stonewall Jackson", of course you probably would have an above average awareness of the truths and nuances of the Civil War @Stonewall Jackson
show me the court order with such a promise, I have no idea where they moved it, could be in a storage box in a museum... who cares
I've travelled through 47 states. I've never seen a Vietnam Memorial. Congrats on having one in your town. It's rare and wonderful.
this is about preserving history, why do you want to destroy history, that vandalism and graffiti like it or not... IS history too.. let's preserve it for all time
