I have a buddy who gives obnoxious hugs to everyone. Many women don't want to be anywhere near him, even though there's nothing sexual about his hugs. He's a bit simple and oblivious to how he comes across. I find Uncle Joe a bit simple and pretty oblivious as well. I think this will hurt his chances in the primaries but sounds like he's still going to go for it. Sounds like the different Dem factions are digging up dirt on each other, pretty entertaining.
"I'm a straight-armer," said Pelosi, extending out her arm for a handshake. "Just pretend you have a cold, and I have a cold." What a cold society they want us to live in.
Of course it was Hillary supporters who started the birther campaign against Obama. Looks like it's gonna be a fun political season.
biden's actions are nothing compared to the evil of Trump's sexual peccadilloes. Nothing could be proven against Kavanaugh and nothing can be proven against Biden.
Of course this is a lie by the far right. A staffer discovered it, tried to use it, was fired, and he sold it to the GOP.
First of all Roy Moore is a full on serial pedophile. Little different league. The accusation against Kavanaugh is sexual assault, also a different league. As for Joe yeah he needs to be accountable for what he's done which seems to be unwanted contact. But let's not compare the transgressions. Unwelcome affection is not the same as stalking children in a mall or violently sexually assaulting a woman. And the conservatives have nothing to say around here on this as they all overlooked Trump's claim to ***** grabbing. Sorry to disappoint you but the left on this forum doesn't support Joe's behavior. The right can't say the same for Trump's.
I have learned to do this anyway through personal experience so Okay....Fortunately I am not in politics.
This is the point and needs to be said over and over and over. Unwelcome affection is not the same as stalking children in a mall or violently sexually assaulting a woman.
If Biden does run the videos will constantly be shown, a distraction the DNC does not want. Hillary Clinton's private server should be a lesson to the Democrats.
The DNC will be forced to constantly try to explain the difference. It will become a distraction just like Clinton's private server. You might call it unwelcome affection but many women would call this unwelcomed touching.
The allegations against Kavanaugh were totally unfounded. That's the point the left keeps ignoring. They set the standard for believing allegations that totally lack veracity or evidence. It doesn't matter what the allegations are about. It was a short sighted idea the left tried to use to push the "war on women" narrative. They keep pushing the "she must be believed" narrative like it is a scientific fact that it's impossible for women to lie. I wasn't referring to the forum in my post. The world is bigger than this forum. Trump didn't brag about sexually assaulting anyone. He said "they let you do it" about a rhetorical psy. When you figure out who that rhetorical psy belongs to let us know. Not one allegation about Kavanaugh was proven on any level. It was a smear campaign that backfired. Now it's still biting them in the ass.
Let me explain the difference here, even though you'll still push the false narrative. Allegation - a claim or assertion that someone has done something illegal or wrong, typically one made without proof. Proof - evidence or argument establishing or helping to establish a fact or the truth of a statement. Now let me show you proof of Biden, then I'll allow you the chance to show me proof of Trump. I was watching "It" yesterday and the scene where Beverly Marsh's dad sniffs her hair looked just like Joe Biden and anyone who has seen that movie knows what was going on there.
Remember Al Franken? The left has already take outrage to a higher level than it needed to against it's own. Biden is likely sunk as a presidential candidate on this alone. Unlike the right who likes it when they are grabbed by their collective...kitty...
Maybe the DNC should show the Access Hollywood video over and over? The Pervert in Chief wears Teflon.....
They tried when Trump was running for office and it didn't work. It's the Democrats who are pushing the #metoo movement to an extreme in some cases. I don't see the DNC constantly defending Biden when videos are available. He will be a distraction for the party. Biden would be smart to choose not to run if he doesn't want to hurt the chances for a Democratic win.
Which shows the GOP is no longer the party of morals....everything goes as long as they can stay in power. Deficit Spending Immorality in the highest office Praising and Defending Murders and Dictators Trade Wars trump has destroyed the moral and ethical fabric of the Republican Party....there are no more Conservatives in the GOP.
Some did. But mostly they weren't going to support impeachment of their own party's president anymore than you support impeaching Trump. At the moment at least. Obviously Nixon was a different story all together. That said, there is no excuse for the lack of seriousness for which Clinton's crimes were dismissed and he probably did rape at least one woman and definitely assaulted others. But I can't change the past, can you? And more over, just because something happened in the past that shouldn't have, This was twenty years ago mind you, doesn't mean it should be allowed to continue today. And again, which side is taking more steps to be aggressive against such behavior? So far, only the democrats.
After Franken the left changed their tune. Now there is a lot of allegations against politicians on the left that the left is trying to ignore or rationalize. These are all different democrat politicians still in office after allegations of sexual harassment or assault. https://www.nytimes.com/2019/03/11/us/politics/kirsten-gillibrand-sexual-harassment.html https://www.dailynews.com/2018/05/0...abuse-allegations-detailed-in-recent-lawsuit/ https://www.washingtonpost.com/powe...ory.html?noredirect=on&utm_term=.70b2b902055a https://www.philly.com/philly/news/...sex-talk-inappropriate-touching-20171217.html https://www.richmond.com/news/virgi...cle_3f46c045-b403-58b5-b02f-d5fcb3122874.html https://www.buzzfeednews.com/articl...campaign-job-after-he-harassed-her#.xmbpLmrnW https://www.mprnews.org/story/2018/...eith-ellison-denies-attorney-general-election https://www.desmoinesregister.com/s...e-senator-governor-candidate-metoo/637373002/ https://www.washingtonpost.com/loca...ory.html?noredirect=on&utm_term=.f351d5826d87 https://www.thenewstribune.com/news/politics-government/article201898989.html http://www.ncpolicywatch.com/2018/0...ll-resign-amid-sexual-misconduct-allegations/ https://www.thedailybeast.com/you-want-to-fck-with-me-tonight-horror-stories-from-the-texas-capitol
So republicans minimally embrace democratic principles like "pass without funding" and "union worker protectionism" and democrats are angry? So angry they continue to press for more global economic sanctions, and propose $93 tn in unfunded renewable energy policies?
