In a letter sent Friday to Inspector General Michael Horowitz, the California Democrat, who is also running for president, wrote she had “grave concern about the independence of the Department of Justice under the leadership of Attorney General William Barr.”

Yes he can be indicted. He can also be indicted by a sealed indictment. There were no sealed indictments either. But it doesn't really matter because there are no crimes for which to indict him. Nor are there any indictments of anyone in his family, or anyone in his administration or anyone his election campaign. This is because the allegations were bogus from the start. As they remain so . That's why there is no evidence or charges but by those like yourself which strain credulity. As for Trumps "19 million dollars in spare change", tell that to the recipients. It is also from the one foundation which isn't likely his only means or avenue of giving. Not to mention giving away 100% of his nearly half million dollar yearly salary as President. When was the last time you gave away your yearly salary from a job where half the people spent day and night trying to slit your throat.
