You've led a very sheltered life it seems. Now you've seen one on video. They are ordinary people, but they have a conscience. That is, they know the difference between right and wrong.
Yup, Maduro is the bee's knees. Imagine how terrible Venezuela would be if Maduro wasn't there to make it awesome.
Is there anything to prove that he was "beaten"? In the posted photo, the police appear to be treating him quite gently. No, his injury does not prove that he was "beaten".
His bloody face proves that. The video shows it. Did you bother to watch the video, or is that criminalized in your thoughts?
I didn't see the video. Where is it? No sorry, his injury doesn't prove that he was "beaten". It only proves that he was injured.
More propaganda. The NA and the military are standing behind Maduro. Guaido violated their constitution by attempting to usurp power. He is a usurper, a pawn of the US government. Do you work in Bolton's office?
Go to post 1 in this thread. Spend a few minutes and you will see at least 2 different videos of the event. However if you're deeply in denial, which might be the case, part of you will not want to do that.
I hear ya. Kind of how there was a "resistance" formed and protests started even before Trump even took office.....just because the election did not go the way that some people wanted.
You really have little grasp of what's going on down there..."The process and results of the May 2018 Venezuelan presidential election were widely disputed.[1][2] The opposition-majority National Assembly declared Maduro's presidency illegitimate on the day of his second inauguration, citing the 1999 Constitution of Venezuela enacted under Hugo Chávez, Maduro's predecessor. The body declared that his reelection was invalid, and declared its president, Juan Guaidó, to be acting president of the country" https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2019_Venezuelan_presidential_crisis .http://efectococuyo.com/principales...ama-a-juan-guaido-presidente-de-la-republica/ I am however not surprised to see many on the left in this country siding with Maduro, Putin, and Iran.
The first video shows nothing of the incident. The second video shows a man separated out from the crowd by the police. It also shows that man resisting and is taken down. When he is brought back up into a sitting position, he is bloodied. His bloody face is likely the result of being forcibly taken down, but is not any indication that he was "beaten"....and the video does not show him being "beaten".
OK. I see it now. My cell signal was choppy. It looked like the second video was was about ten seconds long. I'd say that the second video us, at best, inconclusive. It looked pretty ordinary until the guy jerked. We can't tell why he jumped. Maybe he got pinched by the handcuffs. At any rate, he made s sudden lurch and the officers, reflexively, moved to subdue him. It doesn't look like a beating, to me. For me, that's the end of that particular story. I'm going to move on to finding what I can about the goings on at the embassy.
The media covers what it wants. They didn’t want to cover Hillary's law breaking or the IRS scandal. We can’t force them to cover things the deep state doesn’t want us to see.
If they’re Left or Right, the haven’t a clue; both the Left and the Right are still in the thrall of primitive man’s mystic altruism. Which is odd, seeing how’s it been eons since Aristotle introduced man to reason, reality, and logic. Just how does one gain anything by sacrificing the greater to the lesser, the productive to the unproductive, and the healthy to the sick?
What I have an excellent grasp of is that for all practical purposes YOU are an agent of disinformation and propaganda. On this subject you only regurgitate the nonsense and lies advanced by the US State Department and its numerous dunces, including Pompeo, Pence, Bolton and Rubio.
All for attempting to deliver food, however small, to those in the embassy. The US police state thrives, and you defend it, UNLESS of course, it threatens gun rights.
If the bloodied man had been your brother or your son, I reckon you would be singing a different tune.
You mean, like the folks who believe we don't have an illegal immigration problem? Or the folks who believe college and healthcare can be "free"? Or the folks who believe white men are at fault for all of their woes? Or the folks who believe Trump colluded with Russia? Or the folks who believe Obama was only criticized because he was black? Or the folks who believe the election was stolen from Hillary by a few Russian Facebook memes? Or the folks who believe they should be able to support a wife and two kids on minimum wage? Or the folks who believe Trump is a racist and a misogynist? I could keep going........but please, yes, tell us more about your indoctrination
No Libby, I don't mean any of those things. I mean only the common meanings of the words used as to the post I was responding to. I discuss the situation regarding Venezuela and the US effort to overthrow its legitimate government, and especially the US attempt to install puppets in the Venezuelan embassy in Washington.
