Some does not matter. All does. House builders are presently having a field-day. What that means at any given level of the American housing market remains debatable. Local matters determine outcomes far more so than national ones ...
LA-LA-LAND ON THE POTOMAC Enough of the emotional chatter. The rich are getting richer nationally for altogether other reasons. It is what we call Market Aggregation. Which means what? This: Buyouts are creating an economy with major-actors who - with no overt collusion - maintain price-differentials in their consolidated markets. Mostly, there is a market-leader, and all the rest follow suit but at somewhat lower prices. Which falsifies the market and is illegal for almost a century. But it seems that nobody in the DC seems to understand anti-Trust laws - meaning this (from here): America is stoopidly repeating mistakes made more than a century ago when the the first anti-trust laws were created! Will wonders never cease in LaLaLand on the Potomac ... ?
yes ingenious Fed did much more to successfully prevent housing recession from becoming a world wide depression. And??????
liberals and socialist are for always bigger govt, in Democratic Party, and all will support single payer , for example, indicating they are anti capitalist. !
far better to spent money through Fed and private banks since that money must be spent wisely and paid back while fiscal policy can waste money without consequence.
depends if you want to defeat Nazis communists terrorists, defend Europe, keep up with China, and police the world to maintain civilization. See why we say liberalism is based in pure ignorance?
Unusual definitions. "Liberal" says nothing at all about Govt, it refers to an attitude of acceptance of difference and investment in freedoms. Socialists are not interested in Govt, either (given they're collectivists). If you're talking about Leftist Progressives, they are neither socialist nor liberal. And they LOVE capitalism.
could not account for them??? Afraid to tell us what them is???????? Ever see a conservative afraid to debate??
Any who support a universal social security system - something which can only be afforded via capitalism. It's a luxury, after all.
