    So if a woman doesn't know she has a medical condition (because she's never seen a doctor), how on earth does she know she needs an abortion because of the medical condition?

    I don’t know anyone pro-abortion. You think there are people who get pregnant on purpose so they can have an abortion???

    Yes yes so much...... Family courts are still stuck in the past but nobody seems to care that in many cases Family courts are used as weapons for revenge

    Disagree. Again, my wife and I would never have an abortion but we believe in others having the choice. We don’t believe in forcing our own choices onto others. I guess we’re funny that way.

    The state have no standing to bring the case to the SCOTUS, so this will be a waste of time and money just to pander for votes. Politicians once again show how stupid they can be.

    I wouldn't say "never" since there is always the case you might need to do so. Funny are the conservatives that want to pass law since they would "never" do such a thing....until they need/want to. Have you seen what happened to Darth Cheney and his daughter being a lesbian? Talk about karma.......

    Alabama cannot violate the US Constitution.

    Alabama will be hard press to have a case to bring to SCOTUS. It have no standing.

    No, state cannot pass law in contradiction to the SCOTUS decision.

    Roe v. Wade

    Then what gives Alabama the right to interfere??

    Violation of the 14th amendment. What this will do is give the rich the ability to do what they want while disenfranchising the poor.

    California is immensely better then Alabama. I lived in Alabama for 3 years before my parents decided to leave. Best decision. Ever.

    Pro choicers are almost invariably also pro contraception! Reliable, easily attanable contraception because, you know, that actually WORKS to stop abortion

    This is hilarious. Most 12 years old isn't mentally prepared to report an assault no matter how much you "teach" them. Just talk to the victims that were sexually harassed by the Catholic priests. Who would have believed them?
