Yes it is. It’s a legal fact. The judiciary is not capable of legislating.

It’s not semantics. You claim the judiciary can legislate. That is patently and demonstrably false.
    No, they can’t.

No, it’s just made up nonsense because you have no actual argument. It’s what you do.

Your blinders are showing, dude. Major cities in third world countries have all of the basics that LA has. You can go to Manila and so long as you stay in the nice areas, there's nothing wrong with the place. The streets are paved, sidewalks clean and well lit, the shops are nice and clean, and housing is just as nice as anything found in an American suburb.

It's only when you start straying off the path that things start taking a serious nosedive. Yes, LA is still a world class city. It's not nearly up to Tokyo or Hong Kong levels of civilization, but that's only because of the crime and general filth in the squalid areas, which you simply don't find in true first world cities.

Gotta love the left when they paint a perfect picture of what they really are ;) Sort of like the "Enough rope" thing!

You have to understand that these people don't care about the constitution. To them, it's just something in the way of their lefty agenda. And yes, lots of scotus rulings have ruled in favor of them.

The mechanism is the supreme court, which is why the Kavanaugh hearings became a travesty. They don't give a damn about the constitution, but they do care about getting what they want.

Again, basic civics. There is no mechanism for the judiciary to create new or change existing legislation. They can and do only rule on legislations constitutionality.

Maybe I should rephrase that ?

In SoCal in particular in the Capital of the Third World (Los Angeles) only illegal aliens and poor people ride the buses and light rail.

What wasn't surprising when the Democrats in Sacramento decided to give drivers licenses to illegal aliens and automatically register them to vote (motor voter) ridership on buses and light rail significantly dropped and the traffic on the freeways significantly increased.

Add another 30 minutes to your commute time.

So you just want to make **** up and argue against that instead of what was actually said. I’ll leave you to it then. Carry on.

It smells like homeless people on those buses, and there have been some commuters who have been physically assaulted or attacked, even robbed.

Several stories about bus drivers who didn't want to get involved and just kept on driving. They're not paid enough to take the risk themselves. And in California, because of all the legal liability and the public attitudes not approving the right to self-defense, if someone is getting attacked in public it's better not to get involved.

Sometimes I wonder whether it's even worth arguing with the obstinate minded.
No, obviously judges do not pass laws, but the decisions they make and the established precedents they abide by are almost like laws, in many ways.

Typical example is abortion being "legal". It's not, in most parts of the country, but the courts make it legal.

If you still can't understand after this, I can only assume you are being intentionally disingenuous, and I'm not going to bother arguing with you about this any further.

The "Red Line" and "Blue Line" light rail system in L.A. have become homeless shelters on wheels.
