Come on... It's been a problem since pretty much the Reagan days. Hell, there even were movies made about illegal immigration. Comedy like "Born in East-L.A." by cheech marin rings a bell?
Those detention centers the left are crying about were opened during Obama's term...

Lets take care of our own first. If we have ressources left over then we can take some more.

There's no point to your question.

The unelected judges are overstepping their authority

There is no law on the books preventing the census from asking the citizenship question

They can’t. There is no mechanism for them to do so. All they can do is rule if a law is constitutional or not.

    I agree

But it does not say the unelected leftwing judges have to be consulted either

This question is such a stupid issue to fight over. It's pointless and accomplishes nothing. Personally I think it's a fair question to include, but it serves no purpose. Or rather, it serves no real purpose because it's true purpose is symbolic(as a lot of Trump "solutions" are) to score political points with it's creation, not it's effect.

They don’t, as they can’t. There is no mechanism for a judge to make law.

Considering the way this SCOTUS is ruling so far, it seems the whole RvW fear mongering is rather silly. That has gotta piss some people off.

Basic civics. Judges have no mechanism to legislate.

    They do

When they stir the tea leaves and discover that a womans »privacy » includes the right to kill her unborn child that becomes the law of the land

I would love to know where you went to school. Lol. No, they don’t. Basic 6th grade civics.

No. They correctly struck down bans on abortion as unconstitutional. That isn’t legislating. That’s doing exactly what I said they do.

Bunk, Even Ruth Bader Ginsburg says Roe was bad law.

How Ginsberg didn't get the bork treatment given her activism prior to being a supreme court justice is beyond me

Roe isn’t law. It struck down a law as unconstitutional. And correctly so.

A bad court decision, but then you knew that I suspect. It completely ignored the right to not being deprived of life without due process. It was more proof the courts often do what the elites want.

Striking down unconstitutional laws is never bad.
No such right exists for a fetus.

No, they do what the constitution requires.
