    This is the new America folks, all the World War 2 vets are turning over in their graves. Liberal queen Megan shining brightly on the world stage. Stay home who needs them at the WH.

    It appears that Allie Long wanted both hands free so as to better enact a self congratulatory hands in the air salute. This is unacceptable and demonstrates her priorities and lack of understanding on how one treats the flag.

    The pair of them are probably trying to get Nike's attention. The two "women" have probably already designed an LGBTQ sneaker with the "pride" flag stitched on the back. I just hope Karma's paying attention. The US womens soccer team isn't very diverse ... bring on the tranny's. ::):

    They're looking for speaking engagements for the post season, at the expense of our patriotic citizens. Any imbecile can separate the US flag from the US president. The only other "people" we ever see desecrating flags are islamic terrorists. Liberal SJW's are constantly bemoaning the "white supremicist" idolatry that THEY associate with the US flag.
    'Course the US flag would have 11 fewer stars if 600,000 Union troops hadn't died carrying our Stars 'n Stripes into battle. Imbeciles. :no:

    Worse ... Snoop Doggy ain't "team USA". The real issue for these "ladies" seems to be wage disparity between the US mens & womens teams. Why they haven't just taken their grievance to Pelosi's politburo I haven't a clue, but the pay gap is why I suspect that the women really are trying to get the attention of Trump hating sponsors.

    Rapinoe was being interviewed, where several times, she mentioned the pay gap. She doesn't seem to understand that she could, if she wanted, compete with the fellas and see how that goes. If she could hang, good on her. I doubt she could hang. In fact, I doubt she would have a career at all. So, the only thing supporting her financially is the decision to purposefully segregate herself from the best competition in the world. Doesn't sound very egalitarian to me.

    Do the men fill stadiums? US soccer IMO was mainly about US "goodwill ambassadorship". That and US broadcasters wanting to gain market shares. Neither team is dominated by hispanic players, although it's clearly the hispanic consumer US broadcasters are marketing to. The majority of hispanic athletes are playing baseball, and just check out All Star week if you want to see a packed stadium. America's pastime ain't soccer.

    These athletes don't represent Trump or the federal government or the laws or the culture of the United States. They represent their country. They do that fantastically well on the soccer field. What a shame they can't keep their politics away from their public lives. Leave the politics to the politicians.

    I agree 1000%, I watched the game and felt good about the sport and the future of women soccer until this morning. Now I feel sorry for them.
