That picture was taken in the Dominican Republic, which is not the location of Epstein's island. Also, there is a man in that photo named George Nader, however it is George Nader from the Dominican Republic, and not the George Nader from Lebanon who is a sex offender.

That sounds like an originalist to me. How would a centralist rule on RvW which created new a new right? Or the birth control lawsuits the Obama administration brought on some companies under Obamacare. The SCOTUS expanding rights usually means creating new law from the bench.

 

You raise a point. I always considered her to be left of center. That said, in 2016 after she cleaned up the blood from stabbing Bernie Freeshit Sanders, she ran on a somewhat populist platform convinced she could easily defeat Trump by getting votes from republicans and democrats alike. Evidentally the middle class working Americans thought otherwise and decided America needed an outsider in the WH.
By today's democrat party standards, at least the 25 clowns standing on the debate stage, Clinton was to the right of Attila the Hun.

As far as Judges? Had Clinton been elected, I have no doubt Gorsuch and Kavanaugh would never sit on the SC and RGB would have announced her retirement the day after the inauguration.
I will also go out on a limb and say genius Mitch McConnell by not even bringing in Merrick Garland for a hearing, had Clinton won, the Republicans would have scooted Garland through the process faster than poop through a tin goose.

Why did they lower his sexual offender status? What do they need to call Acosta for, they already questioned him on the matter and he already issued his statement. What more is there to gain? Acosta was having to deal with the situation the STATE AG office had created and was about to do, let Epstein off with a very minor misdemeanor and no time served and no register as a sex crime offender. Acosta and the DOJ, it was not Acosta singularly running this he relied on the career prosecutors in his office for the best they could do, is the ONLY one who got him in jail.
