These ICE raiders either come with a warrant to search a particular house for particular people or they come without a warrant and try to trick the people in the house into letting them in. In the latter case, the occupants of the house can refuse to let them in absent a warrant which should be slid under the door. Judges do not usually issue no knock warrants or any other search warrants for misdemeanor crimes. These rules have been put into place to keep our country from becoming a police state nightmare.

The warrants are for arrest of specific people. Those warrants do not allow them to enter a home to look for them. If the warrant was for a specific home, all the illegal has to do is stay somewhere else. They are making it nearly impossible for ICE to carry out their duties.

The whole situation is disgusting. These are people who have been ordered to leave the country. However, we have US citizens assisting them in avoiding capture. As far as I am concerned, those helping them avoid deportation should be thrown in jail. Of course that is not going to happen. It is a pitiful display of unAmericanism by the democrats.

 

Law enforcement doesn't need a warrant to pull you over if he suspects you of DUI, etc.
