    Uh-Oh......and another one bites the dust. They judge just ended the probe into campaign finance violations with no charges. As I and others have said for months and months there was no campaign finance violation. Another fake news. And watch as the TDSers will still not give it up.

    Prosecutors concluded their investigation into whether anyone at Donald Trump’s company worked with his former lawyer Michael Cohen to pay hush money to alleged mistresses, ending a potential legal threat to the president’s business and executives close to him.



    Prosecutors in Manhattan notified U.S. District Judge William Pauley in a filing Monday that the probe was over, according to an order issued by the judge Wednesday. Pauley said investigative materials related to the case must be made public, although he allowed the identity of an “uncharged third party” to remain under wraps. The unsealing of the evidence suggests there will be no further charges.....

    I agree... it's TOTALLY opinion, but THIS justice department will obviously not challenge it...

    Why would any attorney general, appointed by the current president, ever challenge that??

    What nonsense. Let's suppose for arguments sake that Trump cannot be charged. The campaign can, people working for the campaign can and we could charge anyone that fiddled with campaign funds and contributions.

    Dude, it's common knowledge Trump is Individual 1.... Cohen said so to Congress, but it was obvious well before that...

    Cohen paid off Stormy to hide it from campaign reporting, then Trump reimbursed Cohen the following year... and Trump has lied about it since day 1... But if thats OK with you........

    I'm very interested to read this document coming this AM....

    But that is a great line... one of my favorite movie quotes ever!!

    I felt of all the charges against DT, this one had the most credence. The question arises however, if DT was not running for prez would he still have had this silenced. I believe he would have therefore I think this was another nothing issue.

    You don't recall the part about Trump jr. making several of the payments to Cohen? SDNY doesn't seem to have any interest in pursuing the "matter" ... though Cohen's DNC defense attorney was sure Trump jr would be indicted. https://thehill.com/hilltv/rising/436750-davis-says-evidence-shows-trump-jr-could-be-indicted
    If SDNY were waiting on Jan. 2021 to roll around to serve Trump an indictment ... a Trump hating (D) with SDNY would have leaked that to a DNC candidate. It's over for SDNY, and though MSM hasn't reported it, Stormy is finished now too.

    What 'people working with the campaign' knew about this?? It was likely a 4 man show, as I expect this document will show...

    Trump, Cohen, Weisselberg, and Davidson... Cohen is in prison, Weisselberg got immunity, and Davidson is doing nothing illegal here...

    How desperate does a person need to be to use a know liar and felon as their main source of hearsay?

    Paying off hookers to keep them quiet is not against the law. The only thing that matter is whether the money came from campaign finances or not. Seeing as how the Judge just dismissed he case....even after the FBI confiscated Cohen's records, including the records pertaining to the Stormy payments, I would say that the money DID NOT come from campaign finances. According to those records (and eventually, Cohen himself), the payments came from Cohen's personal account from a shell company, Essential Consultants. Cohen has stated that he was never paid back by Trump, his campaign, or any of Trump's organizations. This is what Trump claims as well. Only Giuliani has said Trump did pay Cohen back (from his personal account), but Trump said Giuliani, who was recently hired at that time, was not up to speed on the details. Giuliani later revised his statement.

    He can't be prosecuted while in office the charges can be brought and listed. Obama's campaign was charged with campaign violations while he was in office and had to pay a huge fine. There are no campaign violations here but as I said the TDSers will never accept it.
