You are a nation of rights. Every second word from you guys is rights. You are taught rights at school, I was taught responsibilities at school. That's why the gun subject is viewed from two different angles. WE look to see how WE can make society safer. YOU look to see how YOU can look after YOURSELF. See the difference?
Actually our public schools don't teach much of anything anymore except lies about pronouns and how to be PC. I am sorry your government oppresses you. You really ouught to revolt.
There's a lot of things that would reduce deaths: Outlawing abortion Eliminating automobile travel Death sentences for drug dealers Do you support any of these, which are proven to reduce more deaths by far than gun regulations, or not? If not, you expose yourself as a hypocrite who has a agenda to push from another country, not a concern for unwarrented deaths.
Yes I do. Abortion should be outlawed, if you can't be responsible and need an abortion; the female gets a mandatory hysterectomy and the male gets his testicle tubes cut. All freight should be off the roads and on rail. All vehicles GPS speed limited and speeds reduced. Hanging should be brought in for the majority of crimes. Hand amputation for stealing. Let's start reducing the population by eliminating those that can't be responsible.
That's just it. We don't. Not even a little. Now if i lived in Chigago or Baltimore i might or any where else that has a gang problem. You see if you take gangs out of the equation America drops down the list for the amount of gun violence.
So random home invasions are not a thing? Multiple attackers are not a thing? Lower caliber weapons are also deadly. I'll what guns I please. Thanks
So thats an admission. You live in fear of some parts of your own country. When travelling around do you use a map with color coding where it's safe? Or blood red where armed gangs are? Doesnt sound like a great place to me.
Yes. Life's good. Seriously, there is nowhere in our country I'd be afraid to go. Not that the US isnt a great country.
You should be afraid, very afraid. https://www.phantomsway.com/2016/06/01/kangaroos/ https://www.huffingtonpost.com.au/2...a-wants-to-kill-you-in-this-order_a_21657021/ https://proxy.duckduckgo.com/iu/?u=https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/australia.jpg&f=1
Well the places that gangs infest aren't worth traveling to. So no i have no fear of traveling around the country.
LGBT-Leading Dem. Admits Lying About Pulling ’77 Bullets’ From Pulse Shooting Victims. "I personally removed 77 bullets from 32 people ... It was like an assembly line," McCarthy said at a gun control panel earlier this year. She claimed to have been a cardiologist at Orlando Regional Medical Center on the night of the attack. She also repeated these claims in statements at campaign events with U.S. Rep. Darren Soto (D-Fla.) and in an interview with Florida Politics. Yet when Florida Politics' Scott Powers tried to verify her credentials, her universities and company denied any connection with her. McCarthy had claimed she was a basketball player for the University of Florida Gators (1989-1990) and the Florida State University Seminoles (1991-1992), yet both schools' athletic departments said they have no records of anyone by her name. She claimed to have gotten her BA at FSU, but the school had no degree in her name. She claimed she received her medical degree from the University of Central Florida in 2014, yet UCF officials said they could find no record of her. McCarthy had also claimed she worked for the Florida Heart Group of Orlando, but that company said she had not worked there. Following the Florida Politics reporting, the Florida Department of Health launched an investigation. According to documents released Wednesday, McCarthy admitted to lying about the entire thing, Pulse Nightclub shooting included. The Department is charging her with violating state law by lying about being a doctor.
Not everyone turned in the guns in 1996 here. In fact the standing joke at the time was that the cost of poly pipe went through the roof as people buried guns in the garden. Government was not that worried because it STILL got those guns off the street And the old hokey about only criminals owning guns? Well for a start makes it pretty obvious that they ARE crime and secondly the guns our criminals own are mostly over 20 years old
It's also possible that they may not be suitable/compatible with certain societies. Think about what type of societies those may be.
Or the ones you've flooded with poverty and mass migration from the most violent war-torn parts of the world. Also Australia was historically a nation of prisoners. Might have had some effect on the genepool.
I spent 10 years in the Australian army and thousands of hours crawling around the bush, sleeping in hollows, in scrub. Never had an issue with wildlife except once when a 3 foot goanna tried to crawl into my sleeping bag. I actually cannot recall anyone being bitten by a brown snake Australian brown snakes https://g.co/kgs/dM9iAe I could however take you out and find one in a few hours. They're everywhere.
Lovely song, pity they came to kill conquer and displace. Pity they brought diseases foxes rabbits cacti cane toads and Tony Abbott
"More recent studies still find that the decline in homicides can not be attributed to the NFA....." The gun laws in Australia achieved nothing except to make life more difficult for gun owners who were not, are not and never will be a problem to anyone. They did not make Australia 'safer'. They had no effect on murder rates or suicide rates or even gun accident rates. Also, contrary to the anti gun narrative, there have been several mass murders in Australia since the introduction of the NFA, none of which involved firearms so mass murders occur whether there is access to firearms or not. All the mass murders, bar one or two, that have occurred in Australia have not involved firearms. https://mises.org/power-market/why-gun-control-doesnt-explain-australias-low-homicide-rates
