Wasn't Trump doing exactly the same thing when he disavowed the Supreme Court decision on the Census Citizenship question? Why is he permitted & not I?
Your post addressed none of the points I addressed in my post. You avoided that by doing a Trump thing--attacking the messenger. I'm amazed how many Americans believe, like Trump, they can solve any problem just by attacking the messenger. If that's the best you & Trump can offer America, the end result will be an America no one can respect, as well as an America that deserves no respect.
Repeat of the question that you seem unable to answer, proven by whom? And what credentials would this mysterious entity have to speak for all? Another shot, another miss.
There are those, like you, who deserve no respect. Out there screaming into the wind with no effect. You seem to forget (purposely) that your "points" were in response to my posts. And were nonsensical to begin with. Not to mention your (and many others) attempt to hijack this thread from the original question to turn it into a griping session over what has recently offended your little feelings. Truly the maturity of a two year old.
Once again, proven by whom? You? You would not recognize proof if it hit you in the face. Assumptions based on hate are all you have and you continue to prove that.
Trump took an oath to "preserve, protect & defend" the Constitution of the U.S. The Constitution establishes the Supreme Court as the final arbiter in any dispute between the other branches. The Constitution implies that all sides must comply with Supreme Court rulings. Even the President is subject to the rulings of the Supreme Court. Trump is not a team player. Trump is an authoritarian leader who always wants his way in every situation. Trump didn't have the "best interests of the nation at heart." Trump had Trump's personal interests in mind. Trump doesn't like being trumped.
There's "knowing more" about the law, and then there's actually following the law. A sophisticated crook will know all about the law; it helps them to more efficiently manipulate and juke it (e.g. pen and a phone). And before you deflect to Trump or some other "look over there" tactic, SCOTUS is the entity that is supposed to keep the other branches in line. The Justices should therefore be apolitical and unbiased. Obama is clearly not those things.
Obama was a legal expert on the U.S. Constitution & took his oath about it very seriously. Legal experts working with him during his administration have commented repeatedly how careful & concerned Obama was that he never overstep his Constitutional authority. Trump knows next to nothing about the crucial document he has sworn to "preserve, protect & defend." Trump is constantly challenging the limitations it places on the Presidency with its checks & balances. Recently, Trump commented on the networks that the Constitution allows him to do "whatever he wants," which is a total lie. It's not the Constitution that does that, it's people like you who have elevated Trump to the status of a cult figure, capable of no wrongs, & who seem willing to allow him to do anything, without consequences. And that's dangerous to anything you or I might regard as American democracy.
Obama took his oath seriously? He always followed the law? How about Obamacare and the mandate to have to purchase it? His cronies tried to cover for him and you buy it? Shows where your information came from and you choose to believe it. Very much a democrat aren't you.
There is nothing in the U.S. Constitution forbidding social programs covering every citizen in the U.S. Social Security does that, and it's been around since the 1930s. By the way, the federal income tax system does exactly the same thing you're accusing Obamacare of. It forces EVERYONE to participate in the system. Do you regard the federal income tax an unconstitutional program too?
As a matter of fact, I do consider federal income tax to be illegal. As should anyone capable of reading the statute. ACA was not a social program, it was a power grab until people woke up and started to reject it. Remember the lie that if you like your doctor you can keep it? Certainly turned out to be not true. Just because something remains a law does not make it constitutional. Remember prohibition?
Actually, he is working to restore the constitution. In spite of the interference of the democrats who just don't want to give up power.
When Obama was getting the ACA passed, having everyone forced to participate was a way designed to lower the costs for everyone. Remember, the larger the member participation, the lower the cost per member. It was a humane & thoughtful goal, but the system didn't work with it very well, so now we know what to avoid in the future as we continue our efforts to give every American access to healthcare. The ACA did accomplish a great deal in spite of its failings. It opened medical care to millions of additional Americans formerly left out.
At the cost to taxpayers and those who have jobs. Encouraged the welfare bottom feeders to continue to not work and take advantage of those that do. As you say, the "system" did not work very well, in spite of promises made by you lord and master Obama.
Does it ever occur to conservative capitalists that many of those on welfare, are NOT there by choice, but because of circumstances at least temporarily beyond their control? I know it's easier to simply lump everyone unemployed into that convenient "lazy" or "stupid" category, but the truth is far more complex.
The very methods that Obama used to get his way. Causing a unconstitutional law to be passed in opposition to the will of the people. Perhaps if you truthfully opened your eyes to look you would see it. Wake up.
Of course. Just look at all of the lifetime welfare recipients who are second or third generation on welfare. If they can't figure out a way to improve their lot then yes, they are stupid or leeches.
You're going in circles here. I've already stated that there is no clause in our Constitution forbidding governmental social programs for the people. Just because you don't like them doesn't make them unconstitutional. Your claim that Obama went against the Constitution is invalid. He didn't.
