    Not ALL white nationalists are white supremicists. It's not impossible for there to be a person who simply wants racism division, and for their country to only allow their race, but does not belief other races are "inferior", but simply that they should not mix.

    However, the OP's claims that the two are always mutually exclusive is a huge load of BS. The vast majority of American white nationalists, judged on their professed ideals, and their actions, ARE white supremicists.
    Anyone who tells you that Neo-Nazis are not white supremicists are either stupid, ignorant, or lying.

    Because they chose that life. They dont want do the paperwork, they cant write or read and are ashamed. There are many reasons. Some are illegals ect.

    Looking at it, your homeless problem is actually worse if folks supposedly don't want to do the paperwork and rather suffer in the streets. How are those refugees coming along BTW?

    There is. But racists consider "white" only white Christians of West European descent. The article you quoted has a concept of "white" that is different from yours.

    For example, many asylum seekers on the southern border that Trump locked up in cages and children separated from their parents are white skinned. But not "white enough" for Trump or for white supremacists.

    What Trump called "the country" where AOC's mother and grandparents are originally from (Puerto Rico) is over 75% white skinned. But that doesn't keep our President from forgetting again and again that Puerto Rico is part of the United States
