Nice ad hom. Have you come up with an example of how the EU is undemocratic yet or are you just going to carry on ignoring it?
You ignored so much talk about how EU allows a Kinder Surprise and USA doesn't because it's a choking risk; you fail to justify your hatred of hormone injected beef that seems fine for our American and Australian cousins; and seem to think because the EU tell you their customs are better, you don't bother questioning it, despite populations in America and Australia looking bigger and stronger than us in Europe for it. You ignored me on EU customs Vs. American and didn't even bother to think for yourself and decided because the EU is the status quo, that somehow it's better for our bodies despite the EU making perishables under license with different rules and regulations. It's an insult to assume EU is better because you're in EU, and in many ways, you're stuck in the EU; You buy into WTO proven to be lies nonsense of a chaos in a no deal Brexit despite the UK and EU having to be business as usual until UK gets another deal according to WTO rules. Dare I say it, you ignore logic, so why should I have to justify something to a pathetic remainer who lets the EU think for them in a country scheduled to leave the EU come 31st of October 2019? You're lost, you're a remainer who's been lied to and you want to bring this country to a position where it's tied to the EU but doesn't get a vote anymore because, you seem to know no better and think what you've got is 'the best' despite its many failings and historic significance, you're like a person of faith; all the logic in the world can't seem to show you another answer.
If by ''fine for our American and Australian cousins'' you mean carcinogenic then sure, eat as much hormone laced meat as you want.
Go drink your EU victory gin and smoke your EU victory cigarettes and read 1984, and go on listening to the EU lies of a no deal Brexit chaos, which, is proven to be lies. I bet you haven't even bothered to check about Brexit on the WTO website which says in black and white, because of Brexit, until UK finds a new deal, it will be treated with the same arrangements until UK finds a new deal; and this is without accepting a deal that sees UK pay billions in a divorce, or accepting a backstop or being tied to the EU customs which will kill any future free trade deals with any other customs like USA or Canada dead.
The sky isn't falling, you're talking EU nonsense again. Stop listening to un-electable appointed bureaucrats and stop thinking the EU is the world or history; there's a world outside of the EU, there was life before the EU; the EU is a bloc, like USSR. Don't be an idiot.
Then let us sign a new agreement with Ireland, one doesn't threaten the UK or Brexit because this agreement is no good anymore given Brexit. Letting a poor country with no influence lock us to the EU is appalling. Sign a new deal to prosecute anyone who attacks a border between UK and EU/Ireland as a terrorist, send the IRA to some prison in UK somewhere if they act like terrorists and see Sinn Fein in Hell before meddling in UK politics. They're a foreign political party/body messing with the UK.
If Ireland wanted peace, it will not want any border targeted now will it? If anyone attacks the border, hit them with anti terrorism on both sides and punish anyone to deter people from plotting to attack. Borders can also be protected to ensure the peace. Then we can have customs checks between UK and EU.
Having a border isn't the end of the world, I'm sorry if Ireland wish to remain in the EU and are suddenly getting cut off from UK potentially, but that's up to Ireland, UK doesn't want to be in the EU. If Ireland wanted to leave the EU, that might bring Ireland closer to UK to be part of some North Atlantic trade negotiated deals, opening up UK & Ireland to America and Canada, that's up to them. The United Kingdom as a whole doesn't want to be in the EU and this includes parts of the UK including my own, native London - which voted to remain in the EU like I personally did too. The United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland entered 'Europe' the EEC as a country; since then, the EEC evolved into the EU and so anyone who wants to leave should leave, and the EU isn't big on devolution;https://www.politico.eu/article/spain-fires-diplomat-in-scotland-over-eu-membership-letter/ so everyone in the UK'll leave the EU anyway if the UK ever broke up and, the UK government wants to leave the EU together even though individual parts still suffer from bloc mentality but since as a whole it's being dragged into other opportunities to give us relief from WTO (I.e future non EU business as usual deals).
Why does your ignorance on the consequences of returning to a hard border between NI and the Republic not surprise me? Educate yourself https://www.prospectmagazine.co.uk/...rd-for-northern-ireland-and-its-fragile-peace
...no....there won't be massive queues...only if French customs goes on strike...which they do from time to time...otherwise all good
The EU lies and after a no deal Brexit, we all can look back and prove the EU to be scaremongering. Business as usual and don't let anyone in the EU tell you otherwise fore they are biased against Brexit.
Then fill the trucks up with remainers, take them across the Channel to Brussels and let them start their new careers alternately worshipping Jean Claude Juncker and/or giving him blowjobs. Admittedly, that is a lot better than they deserve. The remainers have betrayed their country and should be marched into the sea at Dover, pointed in the general direction of Calais and told to start walking. But the first few days after Brexit should be given over to celebrations, so as long as the UK is rid of the treacherous scum, we can allow a little leniency
It's going to drive a wedge down the UK between Brexiteers and Remainers whatever happens October 31st. Leaving the EU, staying in the EU, no one's going to be happy if the other is.
Says who? The EU are no one. Legally they couldn't even be called the EU in the WTO (World Trade Organization) GATS (General Agreement on Trades in Services) until 2009, it doesn't mean that WTO calls the EU the EU now even though legally they can, WTO chooses not to. It's still the European Communities and it is WTO that tells EU what to do, not the other way around, so in a no deal Brexit, EU has no choice but to keep business as usual until UK gets a new trade deal (and the EU wants the UK to sign a deal with them through lies and scaremongering and giving UK a shitty deal to protect the bloc).
