The only real viable option is that the Jews leave them Arabs alone. There aint that many Israeli Jews in the West Bank / East Jerusalem to begin with. A really high % of them are even American Jews. Loads of others can just take the nationality of their parents. It's not deniable lots of them are 2nd generation immigrants.
