You are fully aware I showed you that you can buy machine gun today at your local dealer. You are fully aware I showed you the class 3 process to transfer it. You are fully aware your claims have been demolished

You say there is no such thing as that word, and than claim there is a definition for it.
    HA!

I know the class 3 process from reading the law.

I also know what ownership means...you apparently don’t.

This reminds me of that infamous memo from Barney Frank that you like to post and continue to not understand and claim it wasn’t from him

Great. As I said then, you are fully aware you can go to your local dealer and buy an M16 today. You just can’t transfer it till you form 4 comes back. You own it, you sit can’t take it off premises. The suppressors, SBR’s and machine guns I used to sell, were owned by the person who purchased them. We had to keep them in a separate safe while waiting the form 4. The owners would come in on a regular basis and shoot them on our range.

No you don’t, as I’ve shown.
I didn’t post a memo from Barney frank, as you know very well.

Dude, I said I agree you an potentially enter into a conditional contract, but that’s not ownership. I suggest you take time to review property rights.

You’ve repeatedly posted a memo from the Committee he was the chair of, trying to defend himself from the housing collapse he helped cause

It’s not a potential contract you can enter into. You are the owner of that firearm. This is reality.

I called it a conditional contract, which you potentially can enter in with the dealer. Read up on conditional contracts as well.

You aren’t the owner because you can’t own the gun without the atf approval...as the law says.

    Proven false.

You didn't ask me that question. And the question to take away these semi's is that it's because civilians use them to rage their war against other civilians. Such weapons are used in the same way soldiers are trained to rage a war with. The people are sick of it, and look at how other western countries have arranged their stuff,... and see they aint 1#, they are the biggest loosers.

It’s conditional because it’s on the condition you get you ATF approval. If you don’t you can’t own the gun, that would be in violation of federal law

It is not conditional. You are the owner.

Of course you can own it. You just can’t transfer it and take possession.

I’m sorry that you’ve been proven wrong on another subject you know nothing about. I really am.

So you didn’t read the link I gave you. Got it.

Machine guns are not banned. As I’ve shown you numerous times.
