Hmmm, so how do you walk into a mall, store, night club, etc. and kill or maime 50 people with a pressure cooker?

More guns, more gun fatalities. The blatant correlation is undeniable. Blaming regions with a higher incidence of gun carnage offers no escape.

Meaning it is not possible for yourself to actually convey the point being presented on the part of yourself.

And yet failure will be the only possible outcome. No matter how much effort is invested, that outcome simply cannot change. So what is the point of trying what is known to be a failure, just for the sake of presenting the appearance of trying to do something?

And as seen in the case of Eric Garner, the united states government regards the value of a human life as being less than the value of the tax collected on tobacco-related products.

Ok fair enough, so how do you walk into a night club with a pressure cooker and no one finds that odd. I mean it's not like you can just stick it under your shirt, walk into the club go up to the bar and plug it up.

I'm sure policy makers will manage.

I'm not your alexa or siri. Go make an argument yourself instead of ranting one question after an other.

No, you posted a quote where he said mental illness and hated...not sure how that’s not true

Maybe you should read the OP.

I agree you got through a background check...until Obama folks simply getting treatment for mental illness were on the criminal list

Nope. I'm just pointing out your inebility to counter my argument. You're only asking questions.

The cop has been fired, the city paid millions in damages. All you got is 1 guy's opinion not to prosecute, a guy who got his job thanks to some racist politician. And it's been rather obvious plenty of people here rather turn their backs to the police department by supporting this brute thug with a badge who got kicked out of the police force.

I told you before, I am sure policy makers are able to do this. I can only conclude you are not able to argue against this.

No I don’t...I agree there is also a mental health part of it.

I mean I think generally speaking if you are willing to take gun and shoot up a house in Chicago just to kill one person you might have issues with...well you got to be a somewhat crazy. That total lack of respect for life is crazy

Trump said it is the number one factor.

So then why do you have a problem with not selling a firearm to someone who is mentally ill.

Can you quote that for me? I hadn’t seen that

Because being mentally ill in and of itself it’s a enough. I know many fine people that have suffered from addiction, depression and even been bipolar...that get treatment and are fine people that shouldnt have their rights taken away for simply having an illness.

Go back through the thread, tired of posting it.

Once it is established that they are not mentally ill or a threat anymore of course they should get their rights back.

    I couldn’t find it.

Sorry, some mental illness are not curable.

Your fascist policies won’t stand up to constitutional muster.

And therein lies the difference in the ideology.

The policy makers have consistently demonstrated on national television without prejudice that they have very little understanding of firearms at all. And when those who are educated on firearms point of their errors they are disregarded and/or ostracized.

Citizens should not have to explain to law makers that the AR-15 you buy at Wal Mart is not a machine gun. Law makers have a duty to the citizens to be educated on the subject matter they are discussing policy for. Without understanding the subject matter how are we supposed to trust them to make policy on the issue?
