You have embarrassed and humiliated yourself yet again. Do you know what NOTE: means? It's in Big White Letters against a Black Background at the very top of the Chart showing the probable the Storm CENTER and the possible area of impact includes Alabama?

But, you are still wrong. And more sadly, you could have figured this out in less than a minute of checking.

    That is simply untrue.

Trump's claim was correct, it's yours that is untrue.

"[Hurricane Dorian] is projected to reach southern Alabama by the early part of the week. We are watching closely and [ready] to act. Are you?" the Alabama National Guard tweeted.

Weird how you keep embarrassing yourself in such a similar manner. Here is the cure. Assume the Fake News Media is lying and quickly double check their claims, especially like Trump, then you can start looking smart again!

So, NOAA just came out and stated that Trump was briefed and Alabama was listed as a potential target early on in the briefings. And you are correct, the % chance of the storm hitting Alabama even got up to 20%-30% before quickly shrinking back down.

    https://www.yahoo.com/news/agency-reverses-course-trumps-alabama-230822568.html

I would bet the same people that are going crazy because Trump mentioned Alabama would be the same people that would be complaining that he did not warn them early enough should the storm had hit Alabama.

No I stated the fact that that chart showed Alabama was in danger, I was monitoring my situation at the time. The inland effects of the storm can be as devastating as where it hit When Michael hit land in Panama City we had damage and flooding well into Alabama.

I live on the Alabama coast, there was a point where we were all watching the computer models and making mental notes of things we need to stock up on in case we got hit.

I guess you agree that things are doing pretty good when this is what you focus on. Pretty petty.

Someone gave him the chart, his interpretation of the chart was spot on, it showed Alabama was threatened. I know I saw the same chart and started thinking about what emergency supplies I needed to run out and get.

It was just tropical force winds in Alabama, which ranges from 39-73 mph. Wind speeds get that high in Calgary, Canada. https://calgary.weatherstats.ca/metrics/wind_speed.html Do you recall any hurricanes ever being in the Calgary neighborhood?

In case you don't know where Calgary, Canada is, here is a map = https://www.bing.com/maps?q=calgary+canada&form=APMCS1

Someone gave him an outdated chart that someone had drawn on with sharpie (let's face it, he probably did it himself) in order to fake his claim. All hail the Almighty Executive. His Word is worth more than Truth. Hail Trump! Hail Victory!

It is hurricane season. If you aren't ready now you could end up suffering later on.

What was drawn on the chart was a logical prediction of the future course of the storm. What's your argument with that?

No, it was an outdated map and whoever engaged in the sharpie redefinition of reality (let's face it, probably the lying Donald himself) wasn't actually tracing the likely course of the storm at the time. And we all know it. Which is why those actually tracking the course of the storm corrected him. But, oh, I'm sorry, I've offended the Almighty Executive. I should be more careful in the future when addressing worship with fact.

I have lived through hurricanes and hurricane seasons all my life except for 3 years, I think I know how to manage my emergency supplies thank you very much. As I said earlier my plan for Sunday morning, storm still 7 days out, was to fill a 5 gallon gas can and pick up some water and stock up on some food I would use otherwise. Because hurricane season has been so quiet the last few years I wait until there is at least some possible threat.

I believe he made the Alabama tweet on Sept. 1st. The storm did not turn north until 2 am on Sept 2nd.

Trump claimed, on the 1st, that the hurricane would likely hit Alabama and that it would hit it harder than anticipated. This was a lie. Sharpie can't change that.

I believe all that Trump did was include Alabama in the lists of States the storm could hit in one of his Twitter posts. I could be wrong, as I'm not really following "Sharpiegate". Seems a bit childish to make a big deal over.

Then you didn't read the Tweet in question. Or follow his attempts to rewrite reality to comply to his childish tantrum.

Hindsight is pretty good like that.

Once you are in the future, you can look back and say "oh".

What part of 9000 people were under mandatory evacuation in AL did you not understand?

But the one he was handed and the one he was using and he was correct in what he said it reflected.
