I can't think of any place we need one more than at our southern border.

It's not a matter of keeping everyone out, it's a matter of controlling who comes in, and who goes out; who has a legal pass, and who doesn't have a legal pass.

 

The number I remember was $1.3 billion. That would build about fifty or sixty miles of wall. More than much of the border wall/fence is in need of replacement.

Theoretically speaking, anyone supporting the building of the wall wouldn't mind Mexicans rowing a boat or swimming across and setting up crude structures in the narrow strip of land?
