    Give it up Mac.
50% more democrats have degrees in the blue states than in the red states.
That's why they make more money.

With their output surging as a result of the big-city tilt of the decade’s “winner-take-most” economy, Democratic districts have seen their median household income soar in a decade—from $54,000 in 2008 to $61,000 in 2018. By contrast, the income level in Republican districts began slightly higher in 2008, but then declined from $55,000 to $53,000.

The common trait among college grads is that they all got the same liberal brainwashing in the lib universities where 90% plus of the professors are democrats

That does not make them deep thinkers but instead just group thinkers

The state of California would suggest otherwise.

In any case, white college graduates prefer Republicans:

"Trump won whites with a college degree 49% to 45%. In 2012, Romney won college whites by a somewhat wider margin in 2012 (56%-42%). Trump’s advantage among this group is the same as John McCain’s margin in 2008 (51%-47%)."

Moreover, educated professionals live in the suburbs and not the cities, and the suburbs are Republican.

"Much of the New York and Washington press corps has concluded that Donald Trump’s surprising journey to the Oval Office was powered by country bumpkins expressing their inner racist misogyny. However, the real foundations for his victory lie not in the countryside and small towns, but in key suburban counties."

    Everybody gets to vote.

In the 2016 election, a wide gap in presidential preferences emerged between those with and without a college degree. College graduates backed Clinton by a 9-point margin (52%-43%), while those without a college degree backed Trump 52%-44%. This is by far the widest gap in support among college graduates and non-college graduates in exit polls dating back to 1980. For example, in 2012, there was hardly any difference between the two groups: College graduates backed Obama over Romney by 50%-48%, and those without a college degree also supported Obama 51%-47%.

Guns, racism, and an effort to kill ObamaCare? Trump's campaign was centered around "Lock her up" and "Build the wall". Both nutjob ideas.

Then there was the curious thing where all the conservatives turned Russian friendly. And to think that conservatives like to falsely claim liberals are communists and authoritarians.

No more curious than the liberals turning anti-Russia.

Russia is no longer communist. It seems perfectly understandable why the sides flipped. Liberals may not be actual communists but they've long held the position of "no enemies on the left."

You are here peddling an untruth.

I come from Boulder Colorado. It boasts the highest education rate in the country with around 2/3rds of residents having a college degree, twice the national average. Being as Boulder is a center of technological innovation, most of those degrees are in engineering and science.

This high level of education has two clear consequences, Boulder is the least religious and most liberal of any US city. Bucking the national trend, the surrounding countryside is more liberal and less religious than the city itself.

The sides didn't flip. Only the conservatives flipped. I'm sure it has a lot to do with the infamous gullibility that is often seen in conservative quarters.

Someone with a degree in black studies or even a pharmacist is more qualified to vote for president than a plumber or a uniformed military because why?

Did you know that the data in your links do not agree with the data that you are here providing.

In fact the data in the links clearly contradict what you are claiming.

I didn't say anyone got more votes, I just said the blue districts are better educated, make more money and contribute more to the GDP.
    Just facts.

I went to the links. They do not agree with your claims. In fact the post from Ronv reveals what your own links show.

All my life I have been hearing conservatives claiming that conservatives are intelligent and liberals are not. Of course personal experience has long demonstrated to me, quite the opposite. All the data agrees. Yet conservatives continue to believe what is clearly, and demonstratibly not true.

Ideas for what, precisely? Recognizing the truth of the situation for what it is? Recognizing the fact that those with funding are leaving the state of California because they cannot tolerate the rampant homelessness and exorbitant taxes?

Well, you are going to have to produce quotes from the links that contradict my quotes from the links.

Please demonstrate it in this case.
