Additional rights according to MrTLegal is allowing Republicans to subpoena documents and witnesses and investigate all the revelations surrounding the whistleblower’s complaint.

When the trial starts, not the impeachment.

Tell it to a judge when you try to enforce your "subpoenas" while denying due process

If you're gonna try to enforce a "subpoena" with punitive threat, and claim due process is not necessary, you're gonna have to convince a judge.
    Good luck with that

Then take the vote and authorize a real inquiry, not some 3rd world country Kangaroo court. Without the vote it's just another.....Russian collusion and Kavanagh dog and pony show.

All the witnesses being subpoenaed should just tell Schiff to piss off and there's just not a dang thing he can do about it.

Granting the minority party ANY subpoena rights is an additional right being granted.

Impeachment is a political process that takes place almost exclusively outside the courtroom (indeed, the biggest and most recent supreme court decision on impeachment determines that it is a "political question" and thus non-judiciable). So to argue that "Due Process" dictates X or Y must take place is almost certainly going to be a loser.

Has there even been a vote on an impeachment inquiry let alone articles of impeachment? Nice dodge.

Does the minority party have any subpoena power ordinarily?

Do the House Rules or the US Constitution require that a vote on an impeachment inquiry take place before a vote on articles on impeachment?

Then you'll just have to impeach, ...but you won't.

If you want subpoena power, under punitive threat, you'll have to allow due process

Ok, the President is the "Defendant" in your mind.

Does the President have any role in the impeachment process?

You truly think that Democrats are not going to vote on impeachment? Even though a majority of Americans support impeachment and removal and a majority of the House has already voiced their support for impeachment?

If its political, not legal, you'll just have to continue with your stunt.
