There'll be no vote. They're hoping to extend this charade as close to the next election as possible and then release strategic info which will only present one side.. They certainly can't win using the usual process..

 

The House isn't just partisan democrats, the House is everyone so to move forward they need a vote to start the impeachment inquiry by the House Judiciary Committee otherwise there is no force of penalty for not cooperating. Basically they are sending out request letters and telling the public they are subpoena's.

There's an ongoing investigation as to why Hillary Clinton wasn't charged. It has links to Comey and Sztrok. who are also being investigated. Better find other analogies, if you can.

 

Nope. You don't run this investigation. The full House voted on the House rules and who the Speaker should be. If the Republicans want to change course. They can make the proper motions and persuade a majority of House members to alter the House Rules and vote to remove Pelosi and replace her with a Trumpster from Georgia.

 

The only way this is accurate is if you define "move forward" as sending articles of impeachment to the Senate. That is the only time that a full vote is required.

Nope. If the court finds you not guilty you are absolved of the charge. If the House impeached you, finds you guilty of the articles of impeachment you are forever impeached. The Senate merely passes sentencing if you insist on some analogy.
