2.) low wages. How so? I see they are #12 in the nation. https://www.governing.com/gov-data/wage-average-median-pay-data-for-states.html
The author has some great points, but nothing has been destroyed. We need more public transportation here for sure, I don’t know what is taking so long to get light rail to boulder and larimer counties. We need more renewables. We need more fuel efficient and cleaner cars. Those issues are not unique to CO.
The GOP has got to give up being the party for “angry old white men” Omg! What makes you bet this pair live here
My main point is that people move to beautiful places cause all these environmental problems then have the audacity to complain about the environment.. cattle ranching which is far better environmentally than urban development is in bad shape in Colorado because the cities take all the water. Agriculture is only going in Colorado because of 300 million in federal subsidies And all the science and high tech is driven by defense needs. Another thing liberals claim to hate If the federal government was cut like it needs to be Colorado's economy would dry up and blow away.. Welfare state.
Welfare state, eh? You mean dependent of the federal gubment? Not per the data. https://wallethub.com/edu/states-most-least-dependent-on-the-federal-government/2700/
They tried to recall a lot of Dems. Instead of acting like sore losers, they need to adapt to reality and offer better alternatives than the losers they run.
Well as long as you're entertained, that's really all that matters I've kicked around the Idea of moving there or Oregon, but since Colorado only has one thing I'm interested in I just go down for the weekend sometimes and marvel at the goofy direction it's headed in and do my bidness and get the f%$# out..
