I agree, but not entirely. The SCOTUS is at least partially right, Corporations are LIKE people. There are good and bad, and it is up to our government to stop and punish the bad ones, just as they should with any criminal.

The FISA investigations were all done under warrants signed by judges. Once such warrant exist agents must carry out investigations pertinent. If you know better than the judges you should take that up with them
