The USA has nothing to gain by buying direct advertising about our most elite military units and their capabilities. Whoever wants to know more could try to sneak up on them, if they want to.
So, did Americans train ISIS? Supply weapons to ISIS? Or do you mean America is "responsible" in the same way the Versailles Treaty, signed by America and Allied Powers, was "responsible" for WWII ????
ISIS is just Al Qaeda with a different name. And the organization we now know as Al Qaeda was created by the CIA during the 1980's in Afghanistan. Again, another fact. And the Salafist ideology that these savages adhere to originates primarily in Saudi Arabia, a US "ally". The evidence is painfully clear at this point: The US empire is responsible for the existence of these terrorists, both directly and indirectly.
So, America created Hitler? I wonder why America then fought Hitler? I wonder why America fights the Taliban? Or why Israel fights Hamas? Or why Germany attacked Bolshevism when it sent Lenin to Russia in a sealed train to establish Bolshevism? Conspiracies are afoot. Next, conflict between Turkey and USA.
Your "So America Created Hitler" claim makes no sense - and was not stated by the poster you are responding to. The reason we are in Afghanistan is likely to keep that nation destabilized to prevent Russian interests from building an energy corridor along the "new silk road" energy corridor to India/China. Regardless of what the real reason is - what we are not there to do is fight terrorism. Israel wants the land - Hamas wants the land - and so the two fight. The rest of your post is undecipherable with respect to the context of the conversation.
Wrong. Do not confuse what one administration does as an "alliance". An administration made the choice to give them some aid, nothing more and nothing less. An Alliance is so much more than that. And ultimately, the US is a Merchantilist nation, that will give aid to any country that it thinks will advance it's position Internationally. Hell, we have even given aid and support to both nations involved in a bloody conflict, because it served our purposes to see them in a years long stalemate against each other. It is not an alliance, it is business. And even at the time the last administration was giving that support, huge numbers in the US were questioning it and saying it was a bad idea.
I am not sure what your confusion is here - I agree with you - The Obama admin did make a choice to give aid to Baghdadi - (ISIS) and Al Qaeda. That aid came in the form of tens of thousands of tons of sophisticated military equipment , supplies and support - over 5 years. and you are right - there were many who questioned doing this - including the director of the Defense Intelligence Agency at the time - and many in Congress - 15 of which drafted and/or cosigned the "Stop Arming Terrorist Act". https://gabbard.house.gov/news/StopArmingTerrorists The above didn't get much media attention - pretty much crickets from both Left and Right MSM.
And exactly what "sophisticated military hardware" was it that was given to them? From everything I have been able to find, what was sent was a few tons (not "tens of thousands of tons") of conventional weapons that had been turned over as being excess by the Iraqi government. Primarily old and obsolete small arms of Soviet and other Eastern Block manufacture that had been left over from the Saddam era. Not the huge amounts you are claiming, and certainly nothing sophisticated. And this equipment went to all Syrian factions in revolt, not just ISIS. Of course, this is the same kind of nonsense I have been seeing for years. Somebody reads that the US supplied Afghan forces in the 1980s, and just jumps to the conclusion that we were supplying Bin Laden, because he was fighting in Afghanistan after all. But please, if you can present some kind of reputable and verifiable link showing that we provided "tens of thousands of tons of sophisticated military equipment" to ISIS, I would love to read it. You see, I only deal in facts. Not conjecture and made up claims with no basis in facts.
