Yeah, but these idiots who voted the liberals in the first place keep the same agenda when they move. As if they will get a different result. Liberals are the most confused and conflicted bunch.
Are you kidding. Liberals live in well fenced and secluded ivory towers. I used to live in chicago. Same way. They fight for the people on the street, but then do everything to separate themselves from it. Somebody else's problem NIMBY liberals. They don't really want the socio economic issues they create... they are above that. Same as liberal politicians hating the wealthy while being wealthy. The party of hypocrites.
Where? The job boards are blowing up in texas , heck you can even be a burger flipper starting at twice the minimum wage. .
I can’t help but laugh when I read this stuff. Parts of California streets including San Francisco looks worse than Detroit these days. I loved Trumps idea of bussing all illegals coming across the border to California. Just look at some of the political leaders from California..... Governor Newsom Maxine Waters Nancy Pelosi Adam Schiff That’s enough to root for a high magnitude earth quake that will take the state into the pacific.
I agree with this one. What good can it do? They cannot afford housing, so write them a ticket with a fine they can't pay? Put them in the system and pay to house them in jail? I will be the first to criticize Dems for creating this crisis, but making it a crime is not the answer.
Wait. So it's illegal in San Fran to eat on public transportation and prosecuted, but drop trou and take a **** and nothing happens. Lol. What? As in what is wrong with these people
One of the many reasons I left CA was because of the many little laws, ordinances, regulations, and other assorted things that basically said "don't!". When you have to take three rights because of three "no left turn" signs to actually take a left, it's time to find greener pastures. Now it appears that SF (and probably most of CA will follow) have decided that those things just aren't all that important. Maybe ten years ago, it was illegal to have a beer and a smoke in a public park, and certainly exposing yourself to a bush to do what comes naturally after a few beers was considered a felony. So now it's okay to just take a dump in the middle of the sidewalk outside your tent that's set up in front of somebody's business... We really have come full circle.
I've heard of this app, and the first thought that comes to mind is that maybe you need to put your phone away, and just watch where you step, rather than relying on an app to tell you where not to step.
Who votes for these Democrats? What have they done for the past 3 1/2 years but waste taxpayers money trying to impeach Trump? They’ve accomplished nothing. They can’t even campaign on what positive they can do for the American taxpayer, they run on how bad the other side is. My Dad was a die hard Democrat supporter (he voted for Obama), now he will never vote Democrat again because of the s**t they’re pulling. It seems the Dems want total control of the citizens. They definitely are not for the American people, that’s obvious. So once again who votes for these people?
Welcome to PF.com.... I doubt it rises to the level of the black plague, but I'm certain there are health risks. I'm not saying there shouldn't be penalties. Somebody suggested forced clean up, and I'm good with that, or fines (maybe dealers choice) I just don't want to clog our justice processes with this stuff... We should have good flow through the system (wink)
The interesting thing about how laws work is that they work if people follow them. If people don't follow them, then they don't. A great example is the sandwich dude who got ticketed for eating on a BART train. The law still works there because there aren't all that many who decide to have a snack during their commute. I guess it works because Americans are sloppy and generally don't care about each other. Everybody understands this, and the number of people willing to break that law aren't that many. The problem is that we've got two guys. One is taking a dump on a sidewalk in downtown SF. The cops walk right past him. We have another guy on the BART who got ticketed because he was eating a sandwich. This is an enormous discrepancy in how people in SF are expected to behave, and this is only the tip of the iceberg. This is a breakdown in basic law and order on a magnitude that can't be sustained. If we changed this to an airplane cabin environment, you'd have one guy wanting to eat, but there's a law against eating during a 9 hour flight, and another guy taking a dump in the middle of the aisle, and that's okay because everybody else on the flight is doing the same thing. That simply can't be sustained for long before the entire thing collapses.
Our country would be much better off without Communist Party Leaders like Adam Schiff and Chuck Schumer in our Federal Government. What they are doing is straight out of the Soviet Union.
I wonder if the guy would of been ticketed for eating a poop sandwich? Or given a green energy rebate for recycling?
Public Nuisance laws are important because unenforced and allowed to go untethered they can become intolerable. Like San Franciscos poop and peepee problem. The general public has a right not to subjected to disgusting degenerate behavior in public, thats why nuisance laws were created. Who wants to take their family to a city where they can drop their drawers, and poop and pee anywhere they choose at will. Who is going to want to go downtown Frisco if they dont work or HAVE to go there, business suffers the city suffers financially. I realize that enforcing it fully is impossible but other cities move the offenders to areas out of the public eye and where people can enjoy life and the area without being subjected to continuous annoyance. When you totally stop enforcing public nuisance laws you encourage more to come and even worse behavior. San Francisco has to ask itself why doesnt other cities have this problem to the same degree
