You have asserted and cited sources that don't support your case and ignored things that run counter to it.

Actually I’ve supported everything I’ve posted, with numerous citations. I’ve ignored nothing. I’ve refuted everything you’ve claimed.

It seems to me that if two people were given identical papers with math problems and one person was able to solve all the problems and the other couldn’t, the one who solved the problems is clearly the more intelligent of the two.

By your logic, the person who was unable to solve the problems is more intelligent than the person that can.

I’m not confused at all. You can call Trump a charlatan if you want, but the more apt description of Trump is unintelligent and dishonest.

This thread is about the ineptitude of the president, not his supporters.

Actually when I first posted this thread I didn’t expect a lot of responses. After all, the OP isn’t my best writing. Post #141 is what I should have started with.

But you are right. If it wasn’t for the detractors, this thread would have died long ago. It is the usual suspects, Robert, FatBack, yabberfugee, hotdogr, butterballs, garyd, and yourself, replying with the predictable snippy remarks, that has kept this thread alive.

Ah yes, Trumps great economy is all due to Obama’s tepid growth.

Yeah I'm sure the person that has hundreds of millions of dollars through business doesn't know how to do math but the moron with the ph.d flipping hamburgers head Burger King width 160k in student loan debt is far smarter.
By my logic a person with a hundred and fifty Grand in debt is an idiot no matter how well he can do math. the guy that actually has a marketable skill in there in the living wage no student loan debt is infinitely more intelligent.

sadly it's the reality of it and I do not think it matters which party takes office in 2020, neither party can stop it now, delay it maybe

most of the blame I give to Bush jr and greedy corps outsourcing jobs overseas

I do blame Obama and Trump though for not addressing foreign outsourcing and bringing those jobs home

I think you mean Bush Jr

you mean lack of regulations? bush did not want the regulations....

    https://www.nytimes.com/2008/12/21/business/worldbusiness/21iht-admin.4.18853088.html

"From his earliest days in office, Bush paired his belief that Americans do best when they own their own homes with his conviction that markets do best when left alone. Bush pushed hard to expand home ownership, especially among minority groups, an initiative that dovetailed with both his ambition to expand Republican appeal and the business interests of some of his biggest donors. But his housing policies and hands-off approach to regulation encouraged lax lending standards."

Bush Ties Policy to Record Home Ownership" March 26, 2004

    https://www.foxnews.com/story/bush-ties-policy-to-record-home-ownership

"Late last year, Bush signed the American Dream Down Payment Act (search) to help families that can afford monthly mortgage payments but not the down payment or closing costs associated with buying a house. The legislation authorizes $200 million a year in down payment assistance to at least 40,000 low-income families."

nope, that was from Bush jr's housing plan and laxing of regulations as the links I posted showed

in 2003 Bush passed the "American Dream Down Payment Act", by 2009 the impact was felt

take away the regulations and see what happens
