https://www.foxnews.com/us/navy-secretary-spencer-trump-gallagher-navy-seal GOOD. Dick Spencer was fired because of the Eddie Gallagher case. About time some of this Obama sympathizers are cleaned out of the military. You don't get to rig trials because of your political beliefs. He ought to be prosecuted.
I think the word you are searching for is deplorable. https://www.documentcloud.org/documents/6558862-Spencer-Letter.html
Gallagher is still a very sick and twisted individual for stabbing a person getting medical attention with a hunting knife for the kicks. To than pose at the corps. And that is according to the medical officer who told that under oath. At one point, that psycho is going to walk the streets as a citizen,... with his PTSD and cocaine addiction. MAGA!
He was a Trump appointee, not Obama's. Why is it a good thing to besmirch the US armed forces that don't commit war crimes, put them at greater risk, make them even more despised and make their work even more difficult to protect a few criminals? As the secretary said in his acceptance of dismissal, it's the rule of law that differentiates us from the bad guys. Well, at least it was, apparently not anymore.
Isn't this the person that was convicted of a war crime by a military trial and then pardoned by trump? If anyone rigged the system (again, assuming I am talking about the same case) — the only person who rigged the system was trump. Pardoning convicted war criminals, just when you think he couldn’t go any lower.
I must be thinking of one of the other two war criminals he pardoned. That is why I asked a question, notice the word “isn’t” and the interrogative mark? The one in question posed with dead bodies, the pin trump intervened to let him keep was awarded for “good order and discipline”. Interesting, do you believe good order and discipline is displayed by posing with the corpses of enemy combatants?
Now that you know it was a Trump who was involved with this criminal Trump sympathizer, are you going to support prosecuting Trump for vacating a conviction because of his, and your, political beliefs? Yeah, I thought not.
One was not found guilty for conflicting testimony, he was still found guilty of indecent conduct while posing with the body of his alleged victim and it was for that he was demoted. One was serving time for war crimes. One had his trial for war crimes coming up.
