I take it you did not watch the video. Obama did pull missiles and only sent blankets and MRE's to Ukraine so as not to upset Russia. Who was Russia's bitch?
How did Obama know he was going to win re-election? Were Obama and the Russians working together to make sure Obama won? What did Obama know and when did he know it? Inquiring minds want to know.
Uh, no. You keep doing that when it's painfully obvious that you don't have any background in this stuff, and haven't paid any attention to it.
Yet you are the one that thinks the Mueller report proved there was collusion with Russia. Fascinating.
Pleading the fifth keeps the investigators from finding out about the truth of anybody and anything, not just the person testifying.
Here's something I didn't know (or forgot I knew in this avalanche of info) Page 76 At the July 31 meeting, Ms. Cooper emphasized to the participants that because “there are only two legally available options and we do not have direction to pursue either,” DOD would have to start obligating the funds on or about August 6. She explained at her deposition that DOD would have had to begin obligating the funds by that date or risk violation of the Impoundment Control Act. So this nonsense about releasing the funds before the "deadline" of 9/30 is more BS, according to the lady in charge of Pentagon spending.. It would be more enjoyable if the deplorables would read it as well, but too much to ask for....
This is an interesting answer. All we can know is what they state or claim We know it's a fact that Trump's statements and claims very rarely are truthful so........... None of us can know what any other thinks or believes How do you square that statement with the above fact. Here's how........he's insane.
As an initial matter, one of those who testified (Hill) claimed that Ukrainians was aware of the freeze even earlier. Secondly, the individuals who said that they believed that Ukrainians learned about the freeze because of the 28th Politico article were relaying information provided to them by Ukrainian officials. And from that, they reached the conclusion that Ukraine did not know about the freeze until that article was released. It does not mean that they lied, it just means that they drew a conclusion based on incomplete information. I did not say that I don't believe Zelensky when he said that he did not discuss a quid pro quo with Trump. I said I believe that Zelensky has an incentive for phrasing his opinion in a manner which benefits his country (i.e. do not piss off the person who has already demonstrated a willingness to freeze your millions in military aid for zero justifiable reason).
A claim that's unproven, not by the inquiry or by anyone else. A claim in fact refuted by the purported victim of the purported crime!(The Ukrainian President and Prime Minister), it's stunning that their testimony is being ignored. Did you ignore testimony in your professional career?
Three Democrat Senators threatened Ukraine with a loss of support if they didn't aid an investigation into their political opposition. Fact. Official(s) of the government of Ukraine provided evidence against Paul Manafort, erstwhile manager of the Trump campaign. Fact. Maxine Waters called for the harassment of members of the executive branch of government. Fact. There are "smoking guns" and there are not. The blue dress was a smoking gun. Opinions aren't.
Intelligence Panel Releases Trump Report Funny how the DOW was down nearly 500 points till Schiff for brain’s press statement. Then the DOW closed at only a 280 point loss. More proof that America’s multi trillion dollar corporations don’t give a crap about this charade. The DOW didn’t even budge after Trump stated that he wants to hold off on the China trade talks till after the election. Damn, if that’s not rubbing it right in the face of the Dems. Trump is across the pond hammering on NATO leaders to man up all the while the Three Stooges (Nadler, Pelosi and Schiff for brains) are wasting more of America’s time with opinionated reports.
"We know it's a fact that Trump's statements and claims very rarely are truthful so..........." Not fact. It's opinion. We all know that Trump exaggerates and distorts. The degree to which he does that is debatable. "How do you square that statement with the above fact. Here's how........he's insane." I'm not getting this. Would you rephrase it? Maybe you're saying that you think that Trump believes the opposite of what he says?
When the democrats subpoena them, then go to court to force testimony but the democrats don't want to do that. They want to have a vote by Christmas. This is the shortest impeachment investigation with the thinnest evidence in history. It is designed to fail in the Senate.
The next step if they want to play the game Trump has set up.... Why would they do that? Did you see how long it took a court to rule McGahn must show?? (Which is on appeal again)
So, assuming that all of this is true, you just proved Trumps case for him. That he never tried to use the aide as a reason for the Ukrainians to start the investigations. If he was using it as leverage don't you think that he or one of the many people involved in this would have brought it up at some point? By your own words you admit (indirectly) that key people, like Sondland, who flat out stated that Ukraine didn't know until after the Politico report, did not know that Ukrainians knew the aide was being withheld. Which shows that they never brought it up. Kind of hard to leverage the aide when as far as you know you're the only one that knows about it don't you think? Surely one of them would have brought it up if it were to be used and you didn't think that they knew about it...right? Or, to put it simply....you don't believe him when he says that there was no quid pro quo.
