I thought you were referring to the executive complying with the legislative.

I think reasonable people watching this unfold over the last 3+ years see it for what it is.

They do if the charges are not Constitutional.

The Judicial is there to break ANY conflict between the Executive and Legislative branches.

LOL... the charges are not a conflict between the 2 branches...

One side can bring them, the other can answer to them...

You don't think a question on impeachment would be immediate as it has been in every other impeachment?

When do you think we will get a Supreme Court ruling on the Constitutionality of Trump's impeachment?

"Obstruction of Congress charges in an impeachment effort is not a conflict between the 2 branches" - Egoboy

Can I use that in my sig?

Do you think Barr should launch a criminal investigation into Joe Biden and his coke snorting son for misuse of the VP position?

Doing drugs and knocking up strippers could potentially be of use to a foreign country when trying to extort information from the United States.

Oh gee, if we only had some precedent like in the Clinton case and the Nixon case to compare.

Well if Biden is innocent he'd certainly welcome the investigation.

Hey!! I see me... excellent!! Although that's not exactly what I said, so I may have to sue you, like Devin Nunes does...

    Here's another one for later

"There is no longer a Nuclear Threat from North Korea"

Be sure to give proper attribution on that one too... I did, when that was my signature for a while last summer...

I quoted the exact line to you that I asked for your permission to use, which you gave.

I did that because I'm familiar with leftists.

    Take it to SCOTUS bro.

Why bother? They’re not interested in the truth or the rule of law or doing what’s best for their country. What a bunch of disloyal cowards.

I don't think there is a mechanism for the executive to appeal an impeachment to the SCOTUS, or the judicial for that matter. If there is I'd have the House be appeal to the SCOTUS for an immediate ruling on whether or not the Executive can withhold the subpoenas. Assuming their is, even after a case gets to the SCOTUS it can be weeks or months until a decision is made. Hardly immediate.

I'm pretty sure I cannot give you valid permission to quote me using a line that doesn't quote me...

Oh it is quoting you. I just used nouns where you used pronouns, to make the hilarity of such a funny statement more hilarious.

I asked, you agreed. I did my part.

    You're welcome.

The executive branch can appeal any effort by the legislative branch. You do know that the SCOTUS ruled on both the Clinton and Nixon cases yeah?
