    Ok, let me get this straight; your premise, as well as other Trump haters, is that Trump, who was secretly colluding with Russia got on TV and asked to to hack Clinton, right? If he was secretly colluding with Russian, then why would he need to go on TV to ask them? Also, do you really believe Russia was sitting around waiting for Trump's permission to hack a former secretary of state and current presidential nominee? Really?

    There are people in jail right now for helping to facilitate Trump's Russia connection.

    BOTH his campaign managers for the 2016 election were found guilty of being unregistered foreign agents who were in contact with Russia. Plus, his personal lawyer is in jail for doing stuff that Trump directly told him to do.

    What is stated in the articles of impeachment absolutely did happen.

    There is NO question about that.

    There are several different kinds of evidence and they all point to those artlcles being absoltely true.

    It is only the presumption of the Democratic House that Trump abused his powers. To prove that presumption, they would have to prove that Trump had no valid reason to investigate the situation with Burisma and Biden's comments. That's a pretty high bar to pass without calling Biden to testify.

    All process crimes used to snag Trump which didn't work, per Judge Ellis.

    The strategy used the special counsel, as described by Judge T.S. Ellis III, is to find crimes committed by Trump associates and to indict them in order to pressure them to cooperate. This is what Ellis said about the indictment of Trump campaign chairman Paul Manafort: “You don’t really care about Mr. Manafort’s bank fraud. What you really care about is what information Mr. Manafort could give you that would reflect on Mr. Trump or lead to his prosecution or impeachment.”

    The issue is that there was plenty of testimony that WAS NOT hearsay.

    Finding hearsay exists does not mean that all evidence is hearsay - regardless of how much the GOP pitches that blatant lie as a way of allowing Trump to continue his assault on our democracy.

    The Ukraine phone call IS in the articles of impeachment.

    The actual recording isn't there, because of obstruction of justice - which is one small part of the other article of impeachment.

    Its quite true that the articles of impeachment don't include the Russian collusion.

    There are several people who have been indicted and given sentences for that, but the House chose to focus on specifics that are absolutely clear cut and clearly show Trump's personal involvement on an issue that has continuing concern, as it is election crime and we have an upcoming election.
